Hamish is a former secondary teacher, systems accountant, technology trainer, key account relationship manager, and general manager - with executive positions in a number of leading Australasian organisations in his early career years.
In the mid nineties Hamish 'caught the bug of entrepreneurship' and has since co-founded New Zealand's first commercial web accelerator; a strategic marketing and business development consultancy focused on technology commercialization and offshore market penetration; and a US-based online marketing platform provider.
A key focus of Hamish's role, is creating, communicating, executing, and sustaining strategic initiatives within Aptelisense. A significant focus of this strategy will be increasing the company's presence in international markets, and particularly USA.

Steve is the founder of Aptelisense and the architect of its products. Steve has a rich and varied background in software development including real-time communication development for the Metropolitan Police and team lead for the CICS/OS2 development team at IBM Hursley Laboratories, UK.
Steve has designed and written many applications and systems for other large corporations, including Host Intrusion and Prevention systems, security monitoring and financial monitoring and trading. Steve has also spent many years as a security consultant providing deep technical skills to banks, financial and legal organizations.
One of Steve's passions is making complex software simple and easy to use. This desire is highly evident in our Aptelisense Compliance Automation Server which takes complex monitoring requirements and allows ordinary users to easily control, configure and benefit.
