Bobby is a CFA charterholder, graduate of McGill University, and holds an MBA in Finance. He is the Founder of ICP Capital which is a family office that was born from his successes in fintech and investments. The family has used its excess capital to build its investment arm focused primarily in alternative capital markets Previously, Bobby was with FactSet, a premier provider of global financial solutions, and was Managing Director for the Middle East, Asian and African markets. His role encompassed developing systematic investment processes for both the investment management and investment banking communities. Prior to FactSet, Bobby held positions in investment banking for HSBC, U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray, and Morgan Stanley. He is a regular guest on CNBC, NDTV Profit, Al Jazeera, and Bloomberg TV. In addition, he is a guest lecturer at a number of universities, guest speaker at key conferences and an active board member of several technology and real estate companies
Christian holds a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from the University of London/London School of Economics and a Master of Arts in Global Diplomacy from the School of Oriental and African Studies. He has more than twenty years of executive experience in business development, project management and senior international policy analysis for a wide range of private and public entities. His work has included work in very challenging and politically sensitive locations in Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia and Africa. Christian currently resides in Nairobi, Kenya, from where he supports the company and our clients with policy analysis and risk assessments.

Daniel is the latest member to join the BST executive board. At BST, Daniel turns ideas into product and service offerings helping engineers understanding true clients needs. In his role, he oversees our entire client facing operations making sure our customers receive the treatment and experience they expect from BST. Daniel brings 20 years of experience across a variety of industries working for large corporates and start-ups in Switzerland, Singapore and New York. Daniel holds an MBA in Business Engineering from the University of St.Gallen masters and a B.Sc. in Banking & Finance from the university of Zurich.
Erwin is currently leading the charge of the digital revolution at BST, which also encompasses AFO Monitor. His inspiration is change and equality by converting complex problems into tech-enabled simple solutions. As a result, he has gained over twenty-five years of relevant technology experience holding several senior management positions at Human Engineering AG. Erwin also holds a masters in computer science from ETH in Zurich
Jag Singh has over 20 years of experience in financial services and private equity. He is a proven expert in executive leadership, risk management, human resources, professional development, corporate finance, strategic planning and corporate governance. Most recently, Jag worked for A.R.M. Consulting FZE (ARM), a risk management consultancy company, based in Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE, focused on identifying gaps on long-term business strategies and then providing management solutions. Prior to ARM, he worked as COO for Saffar Capital and the parent company ABQ Investments. A noted high achiever, Jag effectively managed the implementation and certification of a SAR 100 MM stock brokerage in Riyadh, KSA and the acquisition of zawya.com. As a result, Jag was appointed to the board of ABQ Zawya for six years, where Jag's strong governance skills and abilities to manage relationships produced positive results. Prior to ABQ Investments, Jag was a Vice-President at Lehman Brothers US, where he transformed a 237 staff, $27MM operation into a self-funded operation.. Jag received his Bachelor of Arts (A.B.) degree, with a focus on politics, from Princeton University and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree, with a focus on finance, from New York University.

Kelvin Thomson has over 19 year's consulting experience in treasury technology as well as market data environments across Europe and Africa. The core of his experience stems from decades of project management in the wholesale, interbank sphere with projects across Africa with Inter-Dealer Broker ICAP. He also spent a year with Dutch specialist treasury consultancy, Screen Consultants, undertaking consulting projects in the Benelux region. He has also held the position of Compliance Officer registered with the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. In additional to senior IT and Project Management roles, he has also held the position of Compliance Officer registered with both the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and Securities Exchange Commision of Nigeria.
