Dee Burch, Partner and President of Advanced
American Construction, has worked in the
heavy/civil and marine construction industry
since 1978.
Dee's extensive professional estimating and
large project management expertise has been
an integral part of Advanced American
Construction over the 10 years he has been
President and more than 20 years he has been
with the company. Prior to joining the
Advanced American Construction team, Dee
worked with Kiewit Pacific Company for 10
years.
He also serves as the Senior Construction
Engineer and Chief Estimator of AAC and is a
licensed Professional Engineer in Washington,
California and Arizona. His knowledge and
experience in the industry allows Advanced
American to success-fully bid and complete
multi-million dollar projects in the Northwest
that have diverse needs and unique challenges.

Evan Clemson, Vice President - Operations, has over 10 years of construction experience in the Northwest. He got his start with AAC on our Lake Oswego Interceptor Sewer Project - our most successful project to date. Evan has managed a diverse range of Advanced American Construction's projects including complex diving projects, high risk marine work and precision industrial projects.
Mr. Clemson has also worked in AAC's estimating group and is intimately familiar with Advanced American Construction's equipment and capabilities. Evan currently manages AAC's project operations along with various marine construction projects. He is also Chair of the AGC-Oregon Construction Leadership Council and holds a Master of Science in Construction Management.

Kyle Izatt, Senior Vice-President, has over 20 years of heavy civil and marine construction experience in the Pacific Northwest.
Kyle has proven his talents in the field as well as in management earning AAC excellent client ratings on complex and schedule-driven heavy marine construction, pile driving, salvage, accelerated bridge construction and deep-water deployment projects. Up till 2020, Kyle was responsible for the overall management of AAC's workforce and equipment operations. Kyle now focuses on supporting the company's key goals and objectives and plays a vital role in participating in strategic planning of the company. Kyle is continually building on his industry relations and marine/heavy-civil background to pursue growth opportunities for AAC in both the public and private sector. Kyle serves as a Trustee for International Union of Operating Engineers 701 Health and Welfare, Pension, and Training Trusts and plays an active role on the Board of Directors for the Associated General Contractors Oregon-Columbia Chapter.
Kyle also oversees the operation of Marine Construction Rentals which specializes in supplying marine assets to clients throughout the Western United States. Prior to joining the Advanced American team in 2005, Kyle was a Project Manager for Apollo Inc. specializing in bridges, earthwork, utility, and wastewater treatment plants. Kyle started working in the crane and construction industry for Lampson International Crane specializing in the Heavy Lift and Transport industry prior to pursuing a Construction Management degree at Central Washington University.
