Raymond Mugisha Mpora is a Chartered Risk Analyst with twelve years' experience in risk management, consulting and audit. He holds a Masters Degree in Economic Policy Management and Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Engineering from Makerere University in Uganda.In his career he has worked as Head of Risk in the Banking Sector and in Insurance Services and also done consulting assignments in the field of risk management and other related disciplines - offering his services in Uganda, Zimbabwe, Botswana and Rwanda.
Raymond has worked as an external auditor/ business advisor as well as internal auditor and has wide experience in the fields of risk management, audit and internal control, governance and anti-money laundering regulation. He has served on Uganda's Insurance Industry Committee on Anti-Money Laundering control; offering services in partnership with Uganda's Finance Intelligence Authority and other stakeholders to promote relevant compliance within the market.
He serves with the Enterprise Risk Management Academy headquartered in Singapore as Coordinator for Uganda and is also a member of Institute for Sustainability Africa - an independent multi-disciplinary think tank and research institute founded in Zimbabwe in 2010 with the Vision to advance sustainability initiatives for Africa.

- »» Reuben Bagenda Ssetumba
Reuben Bagenda Ssetumba is a Director and has twelve years' experience in the ICT profession with special skills in programming, information systems, database management systems, networking, ICT project management and IT audits.
For ten of these years, he has worked in the Microfinance and Banking sectors giving both front end and technical support of financial systems including Bankers Realm (running on Microsoft SQL Server 2000, 2005 and 2008), Equinox (running on Sybase) and Finacle (running on Oracle 10g, 11g and 12c).
Before Joining ABC Capital Bank Limited where he works as Head of IT, he worked as a Systems Analyst at Fina Bank Limited (Now GT Bank) for one and half years, and Information Systems Officer and Information Systems Auditor at Uganda Microfinance Limited and Equity Bank Limited for four years.
Reuben holds a first class Bachelors Degree in Information Technology and Computing of Kyambogo University in Uganda and he is an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP).
