AGILE RITUALS

I'm Jessica, a certified scrum master and agile enthusiast and practitioner. I believe that incorporating ritual into agile practice is powerful, sacred, and a gift that can be given to others which can carry them through the day and beyond... My mantra is "I am here to grow." It helps me surrender to the situation at hand and serves as a reminder that challenge can always be a platform for growth and a way to know ourselves more deeply.
