Agova is an impact-driven business development consultancy firm. We work collaboratively with organisations across all sectors to develop inclusive (or Shared Value) growth strategies, support their implementation and solve challenges tied to this growth... Since 2014, Agova has been delivering management and technical advice to actors in the business sector in Zambia to develop business models and norms that increase economic, social and environmental prosperity. We focus on creating Shared Value business models within our client organizations such that their commercial imperatives can be met while improving the livelihoods of their customer and supplier segments, who are typically from low-income urban and rural communities... We believe in "Shared Value", a term founded by Harvard professors Michael Porter and Mark Kramer, which refers to "a management strategy in which companies find business opportunities in social, environmental, or economic problems".
