ABDUL KHALEK

He joined ‘Proshika Manobik Unnayan Kendra', a leading national NGO in 1985 as an Auditor. He was Chief Internal Auditor while leaving Proshika in June 1993. Mr. Khalek joined Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited in 1993 as Management Accountant. Over the period, he served the company under different capacities and retired as Director and CFO on 2nd July, 2019. Berger has again appointed him as Adviser to CEO with effect from 3rd July, 2019. Mr. Khalek is also a member of the Board of Directors of Jenson & Nicholson (Bangladesh) Limited, Berger Becker Bangladesh Limited and Berger Fosroc Limited... Mr. Abdul Khalek is a trusted Financial Consultant, Excellence in Tax Planning and ComplienceFiscal and Policy Expert of Bangladesh. He is also a Faculty of Leading Professional Institutes and Private Universities of Bangladesh. Currently holding a position as Director and CFO at Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited.
