Abigail is Alcott's General Counsel, managing all legal and compliance affairs. She has over 12 years of experience in law and earned her Juris Doctor from University of California Gould School of Law. Abigail provides strategic advice to enhance Alcott's business strategies, values, and objectives. She also advises on human resources and employee relations best practices for clients.

Dennis Fancher

Dennis is responsible at a high level for overseeing the relationships our internal teams have with our clients. He has a strategic role in technical process improvements and works closely with all of our departments to ensure a smooth client experience. Dennis comes to Alcott with a wealth of client focused experience in related industries.

Emily Buerger

Job Titles:
  • Human Resources Manager
Emily leads our team of HR Associates and is a trusted mentor to members of our HR department. She uses her wealth of experience in HR to handle complex HR related matters for our clients. Emily also manages internal HR initiatives and works closely with management across all departments, as she plays a strategic role in the development and success of our Alcott teams.

Izabela Mierzejewski - CFO

Job Titles:
  • Director of Finance
Izabela heads our Accounting and Finance department here at Alcott HR and is a part of our executive team. She provides senior leadership for all accounting functions including financial reporting, the monthly close process, and process optimizations. Izabela brings over 20 years of experience in accounting with her to Alcott and is a licensed CPA.

Kelly Sundberg

  • Talent Acquisition Manager
Kelly oversees all Talent Acquisition functions at Alcott HR, both internally and for our clients. As Alcott's newest HR offering, Kelly leads our recruiting team as we support many of our clients on their end to end recruitment and hiring processes. Kelly has over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and has been a part of the Alcott team since 2020.

Kristen Bartolotta

Kristen came to Alcott with over 15 years of industry experience in the PEO industry. She engages with our clients and all of Alcott's internal departments on the successful implementation of new products, processes and technologies. Kristen also leads our team of operations professionals as we support our clients on a day to day basis.

Kristen joined Alcott in 2015 and has developed trusted relationships with many of our clients. As Client Success Manager she partners with our clients to ensure that desired outcomes are reached, maintaining effective relationships and ensuring satisfaction with Alcott's partnership. In addition, she maintains expert level knowledge on all of Alcott's offerings and systems.

Pat Patane serves as the Director of Administrative Services for Alcott HR. She is "the glue" in the day-to-day operations of Alcott, making sure that all work flows efficiently and that the company's high standards are being met. Pat and her team are dedicated to provide all clients with the highest quality of their personalized services.

Robert Castaldo

Rob Castaldo is the Director of Information Technology at Alcott HR. Rob is responsible for managing Alcott's IT infrastructure, Data Security, and Software & Technology training for Alcott's various business units. He ensures that clients have the information they need in an ever-changing world of regulatory and compliance requirements.

Sam Rosin
