Before joining WBCSD, Diane was Vice President, Chief Sustainability Officer for Kellogg Company. In her 10 years at Kellogg, she served in multiple managerial roles responsible for environment, health, safety, and sustainability, in recognition of the increasing importance of sustainability across the Kellogg business. In 2015 she became Vice President, Chief Sustainability Officer to focus full time on advancing Kellogg's sustainability leadership efforts.
In addition to her role at Kellogg, Diane served on the Advisory Board of We Mean Business and on the Executive Advisory Board of the Graham Sustainability Institute at the University of Michigan.
Prior to joining Kellogg, Diane served as Vice President for Delta Consultants (now Antea Group), an environment, health and safety, and sustainability consulting firm. During her 17 years with Delta Consultants, she served in numerous management and consulting roles, based in the U.S. and in the UK, where she worked with multinational clients on programs for corporate responsibility, environmental management, and risk management.
Diane's board experience includes serving as a corporate officer during her years as Managing Director of a UK-based joint venture while with Delta Consultants, as well as serving as secretary of the board for Inogen Environmental Alliance.
In 2015, Diane was recognized as a Maize and Wheat Super Woman by CIMMYT (International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center) as part of the United Nations International Women's Day in 2015. She is also recognized as an Oxfam Sisters on the Planet Ambassador.
Diane received bachelor's degrees in Public Communications and in German from Syracuse University. She also completed the Executive MBA Program at the University of St. Thomas.

Dr. Nabil Nasr is Advisory Board Member, Associate Provost and Director of the Golisano Institute for Sustainability at the Rochester Institute of Technology, and CEO of the REMADE Institute.
He founded RIT's Center for Remanufacturing and Resource Recovery, a leading source of applied research and solutions in remanufacturing technologies. His research interests focus on remanufacturing, circular economy, life cycle engineering, cleaner production, and sustainable product development, and he is considered an international leader in research and development efforts in those disciplines.
As CEO of the REMADE Institute, he is providing oversight of research programs and roadmap development as well as corporate engagement of the Institute partners. This national coalition of government, industry, national labs, and industry organizations is working on new clean energy initiatives, focusing on driving down the cost of technologies essential to reuse, recycle, and remanufacture materials.
Dr. Nasr served on The National Academies National Research Council, National Materials and Manufacturing Board (NMMB). He served a three-year term as a member of the Scientific Advisory Board for Singapore Institute for Manufacturing Technology. Dr. Nasr also served as chair of the OECD Advisory Expert Group on Sustainable Production and Eco-innovation from 2008-2011.
Dr. Nasr currently serves as a member of the International Resource Panel of the United Nations Environment Programme. In addition, he has been an expert delegate with the U.S. government in several international forums such as the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), United Nations, World Trade Organization, and the OECD. He holds an MS and PhD in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Rutgers University.

Ms. Jin Davis is an experienced executive in the area of sustainability and environmental responsibility. As Comcast NBCUniversal's first Chief Sustainability Officer, Ms. Jin Davis was responsible for identifying sustainable strategies and priorities and for implementing the company's Sustainability Program across all of Comcast NBCUniversal business units and functions.
Ms. Jin Davis is a well-experienced and well-respected executive in the area of diversity, equity, and inclusion. While at Comcast, Ms. Jin Davis negotiated a historic Memorandum of Understanding between Comcast and the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) national community as part of the company's acquisition of NBCUniversal. This created ground-breaking diversity commitments in the areas of programming, supplier and employment, and community investment. She served on Comcast's Internal Diversity Council and was the company liaison to the external Comcast NBCUniversal Joint Diversity Council. Ms. Jin Davis was the executive sponsor of Asian Pacific Americans at Comcast, a company-sponsored employee resource group, which focuses on the recruiting, promotion, and development of Asian American and Pacific Islander talent. Ms. Jin Davis established Comcast's partnerships with AAPI national community organizations in the areas of civic involvement and political representation, media and entertainment, leadership development, civil and human rights, and youth empowerment. She was also responsible for the creation of Comcast's Cinema Asian America, the first-ever video-on-demand offering of Asian and Asian American television and movie content on the Comcast network.
Recognized by Forbes as one of "Five Women of Color Who Should Be On Your Radar Screen," she completed the Women in Cable Telecommunications Senior Executive Summit at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, the Women's Executive Leadership Program at the Wharton School of Business, and the Cable & Telecommunications Association (CTAM) Executive Management Program at the Harvard Business School. She received the 2010 Paragon Award of the National Association of Multi-Ethnicity in Communications and was a Fellow in the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute of the Women in Cable Telecommunications esteemed program. She has been named one of the "Most Powerful Women in Cable" by CableFAX Magazine and one of the "Top 50 Most Influential Minorities in Cable" by CableWorld for many years.
An advocate for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders (AAPIs) in business and corporate America, she is active in the AAPI community nationally. She serves as the Chair of the Board of the Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies (APAICS) and serves on the Board of the Asian/Pacific Islander American Chamber of Commerce & Entrepreneurship (National ACE). Additionally, Ms. Jin Davis is a past board member of
Leadership Education for Asian Pacifics, Inc. (LEAP) and the Asian and Pacific American Scholarship Fund (APIA Scholars). As President of the Rainforest Alliance, she built the organization from a $4.5 million to $50 million budget, transforming the engagement of business with sustainability, recruiting 5,000 companies in more than 60 countries to work with Rainforest Alliance. She transformed the Rainforest Alliance frog into an internationally recognized and credible brand. Her previous work included serving as Executive Director of the New York League of Conservation Voters, Vice President of the National Audubon Society, Managing Editor of Ambio, a journal of the Swedish Academy of Sciences, and a journalist in Latin America.
Tensie has been recognized by Ethisphere as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Business Ethics and was a Citi Fellow in Leadership and Ethics at NYU Stern. She has served on numerous nonprofit boards and corporate advisory boards for companies such as Unilever and Nespresso and currently serves on the advisory boards of ESG investing firms, Arabesque and Inherent Group.
