Aneta Sottil joined Andera Partners in January 2018. She serves as Director in the Andera Life Sciences team, dedicated to investing in life sciences.
Aneta has 14 years of experience in Life Sciences, gained in healthcare investment banking (BAML between 2006 and 2008; Rothschild between 2008 and 2013) and Venture Capital (Norgine Ventures between 2013 and 2018).
She holds a Masters in Finance and Banking from Warsaw School of Economics, Singapore Management University and l'Université Pierre Mendès France.

Anne-Claire joined Andera in January 2024 as Investment Director of the Terra Nea fund, as part of the Andera Infra team.
A graduate of ESCP Europe, majoring in finance, she has 15 years' experience in the infrastructure investment sector, particularly in renewable energy and airport assets;
Prior to joining Andera, she worked as CFO for a pioneering agrivoltaics start-up based in Aix-en-Provence;
Anne-Claire began her career in Paris in financial analysis with the energy operator Poweo, which operated in all renewable energy sectors and was subsequently acquired by Direct Energie and then Total Energies;
Anne-Claire also worked in the airport infrastructure sector at Aéroports de Paris, on international development projects, and then at Marseille Provence Airport.
Anne-Claire now lives in the South of France, between Marseille and Aix-en-Provence.

Antoine Le Bourgeois joined the management company when it was founded in 2001.

Arnaud Faure joined the management company in July 2016 with the entire Andera Acto team.
Before joining Andera Acto at its creation in 2006 within Groupama Private Equity, Arnaud worked for 10 years in various banks: Crédit Lyonnais in Italy and France, Intesa Sanpaolo and then at Crédit Mutuel Arkéa in acquisition financing.
