Sedgewick + Ferweda Architects in Michigan is a full service architecture firm. We specialize in creative solutions for every client, and always deliver. Founded in 1958 as Sedgewick, Sellars & Associates, we have always been Architects in Flint. Later the firm changed it's name to Waterstreet Design, P.C. In September of 2001, Thomas J. Sedgewick Sr., FAIA, passed away. His son, Steve continued to represent the firm that has a tradition of providing quality Architectural services to our community, the City of Flint. With his father, he has been responsible for over six hundred and fifty million dollars (current value) of building construction in-place. This background continues to be at the disposal of each of our clients. As Waterstreet Design, the firm continued as Architects in Flint located in what is now called the Factory One Building on Water Street. The firm then moved to the Historic Capitol Theater Building on 2nd St. in down town Flint, and was there for Nineteen years.....
