Ascent races at tracks located in Arkansas, Louisiana, Kentucky, Texas, Oklahoma and Florida. Claiming Races are races where every horse in the race is for sale at a predetermined price. Ascent offers a cost efficient, transparent and affordable platform to engage in the thrilling sport of thoroughbred horse racing... The Ascent Thoroughbred managing partner is Kirk Rovinsky. As the managing partner, Kirk is responsible for selection, development and placement. Selection involves identifying horse racing talent at a value and within a predetermined budget. Development involves placing horses with trainers and specific racing programs. Placement involves choosing races that provide the highest probability of winning/ competing successfully to maximize return.
