The firm was established as a partnership back in 1994 with the name Emilios Georgiades & Co. On the first of January 2008, it changed from a partnership to a limited liability company. As a result, the name of the firm changed from Emilios Georgiades & Co to AuditPrime Limited and all activities have been transferred to the newly incorporated company.
