I am a Senior Lecturer in Disruptive Technologies in the Computing and Information Systems Department at the University of Greenwich. I hold a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and a MSc in Signal Processing from Imperial College London. I obtained my Phd in Emergency Simulation and Decision Support Algorithms at the Intelligent Systems and Networks Group, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Imperial College London. Before joining the University of Greenwich, I was Research Associate in the same group... My research interests include indoor localisation and occupancy detection, human activity recognition, anomaly detection in Internet of Things applications, and cyber-profiling of human adversaries. I have used a variety of hardware platforms (such as Wireless Sensors Networks, Bluetooth Beacons and Wearable Sensors) and developed a wide range of tools based on discrete event simulation and machine..
