Steve Hackman brings to the architectural design industry thirty-plus years of professional experience in facility planning and development in all project phases from pre-design through construction administration. As a registered architect he provides programming, planning, and development for clients with needs for all project types from new construction to renovation. Steve currently serves as a liaison, working with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and manufacturers regarding all aspects of planning, including compliance with health and safety standards and integration of construction technology. His professional expertise includes the design of laboratory facilities for private corporations, academic institutions, government, healthcare, and technology-driven spaces including forensic science, controlled environments, and vivarium facilities.
Steve is a leader of a world-class group of Architects and Engineers called "Technical Assurance Group" (TAG). This group was established in 1999 as a response to the fact that, as a design-builder, we were solely responsible for the entire project, from the beginning of design to the turning over of the keys. TAG is a completely unique entity in the industry.
