Ed started his insurance career in 1982, and has focused solely on providing Employee Benefit Plans almost immediately. He is a Past President of NAIFA Greater Detroit and a co-founder of ICA. He founded BBR in 2012 to bring innovative strategies that encompass Human Capital Management, Technology and Financial Services to help small & medium size Businesses attract and retain high quality employees.
