BECOMING STILL

Through the alchemy of it all, I founded Becoming Still and it is my honour to hold and create sacred spaces for you... Professional credentials: Corporate Training and Coaching, which forayed into entrepreneurship after I started a family. My studies span Sciences at the University of Waterloo, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture in Sri Lanka at the International University for Complementary Medicines, Executive Leadership Coaching, Hypnotherapy, Ayurveda, Shamanic Studies, and Usui Reiki Master Certification among others. Additionally, I am a Registered Yoga Teacher, with Yin Yoga, Meditation, and Yoga Nidra certifications... At Becoming Still we interpret and bring clarity to what work is needed to help you find greater understanding, initiate healing, and growth.
