Andrea Neidig

Andrea Neidig had been an executive assistant and accounts payable manager for many years until she was granted the opportunity to become an estimator in the oil and gas and heavy commercial construction industry. It didn't take her long to master the ins and outs of estimating mechanical coatings and insulation. Notable assignments that she has estimated and been awarded include several multi-million-dollar projects throughout the Rocky Mountain region. Andrea has recently joined the team at Bentley Welding as Estimating Manager for the Oil and Gas and Heavy Commercial Construction Insulation and Coatings Division. She is very excited to form part of this excellent team and looks forward to what the future holds. Andrea is the proud mother of two sons and one four-legged son, a Rottweiler named Oso. She loves watching her boys participate in sports including football, basketball and track and field.

Chad Brown - COO

In 1996, Chad began his career as a Field Engineer working offshore in the Gulf of Mexico; setting the stage for his foundational work ethic and success throughout the Oil & Gas, Technology, Fabrication, Manufacturing, and Environmental industries. Presently he holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Bentley Welding. Prior to joining Bentley Welding, Chad served as Owner and President of an Environmental Solutions company as well as successfully oversaw growth and divestiture of multiple Oil & Gas Service companies across the U.S. where he gained valuable experience in Operations, Finance, Business Development, Quality Management, Execution, and Scalable Growth. At Bentley Welding, Chad assumes a pivotal role in setting the strategic direction for his team, aligning the organization to drive business growth. Additionally, he prioritizes the core values of the organization in building trust, integrity, honesty and ethical relationships to create business opportunities for BWI. Chad obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management/Project Management while simultaneously building and scaling a U.S. Oilfield Service organization through substantial growth. Additionally, Chad holds a degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Outside of his professional commitments, Chad enjoys life with his wife and two sons - traveling and engaging in projects and experiences that keep his family grounded.

Chester Odenbaugh

In 1985, Chester graduated from Valley High School and started his journey in Welding and fabrication. With an eagerness to learn, he quickly became a certified welder and custom fabricator. In 2008 is when Chester was asked to move into a floor supervisor position. In 2010 he became a Plant Manager for a Manufacturing facility in Greeley Co. Then he continued his role as Plant Manager in the new Loveland facility, which employed over (125) welders and processors that included a 1st and 2nd shift. Currently Chester is employed with Bentley Welding and has been here over 5 years. He is a production Manager and believes communication and a hard working team are the most important tools needed to drive a successful business! Away from work, Chester enjoys spending time with his family, son, daughter in law, (2) granddaughters and (1) grandson. Year round fishing with his son and grandson, walking on the beach with his wife. The Broncos, Avalanche and Nuggets are his favorite sports teams to watch.

Derek Madrid

Henry Solis

Henry Solis started his career in the oil & gas and heavy commercial construction industry in 1991. He started as an installer and gradually moved his way up in the industry as a foreman, superintendent, project manager, quality control manager, regional director and branch manager. In 2003, Henry decided to open his own mechanical insulation company and successfully operated it for approximately 8 years. Henry's notable capital projects include CF Industries in Seargent Bluff, Iowa, a $3.5 billion project, overseeing the quality control of thousands of employees, Pepsi Center, Senior Foreman for Mountain States Engineering, and Senior Project Manager for Keota Gas Plant with Elkhorn Construction among others. Recently, Henry has joined the team at Bentley Welding as Branch Manager of the Oil and Gas and Heavy Commercial Construction Insulation and Coatings Division. Henry is a proud father of two sons and one daughter and grandfather of two beautiful girls. He enjoys barbequing and loves spending time with his friends and family.

Michele Smith

Michele Smith entered the oil and gas industry in 1987. She worked for a company based in Farmington, NM, manufacturing oil and gas production equipment for seven years. While employed with this company, she and her husband transferred to the Brighton, CO facility. This is when Michele began gaining knowledge in all things related to oil and gas. She was the office manager at this location, which included purchasing and selling all parts related to refurbishing production units. She continued in this role until 1995 and was hired at Leed Fabrication, where she was employed for 20 years. During her tenure at this company, she worked in many positions. This included purchasing, inventory control, HR, payroll, and accounting. During the last seven years of her employment at Leed, she was responsible for purchasing all things steel for the new production units Leed manufactured. After leaving Leed, Michele was employed by Bentley Welding for two years and then moved to another local company that manufactured oil and gas production equipment. In 2022, she returned to Bentley Welding and continued her career in the procurement field. Michele's role at Bentley Welding is securing the best pricing and delivery to maintain a consistent flow of materials to meet our customers' schedules. She prides herself on maintaining relationships with vendors and treating all with respect. Michele spends life with her husband, daughters/sons-in-law, and grandchildren outside of work hours. She is very passionate about animals and has volunteered with Riverdale Animal Shelter (formally Adam's County Shelter) for the last five years walking dogs.

Travis Oldham

Travis has been involved in the construction business since the early 1980's on the western slope of Colorado and the Uintah basin in Utah. During his high school years he broke out in the oilfield working for his father who, by example, taught his boys how to drive truck and haul loads of all sorts. Run heavy equipment building roads, locations and pipeline right of ways. As well as building oil and gas facilities. After high school he did a tour in the United States Marine Corps. After the service he went back to what he enjoyed, construction. He learned carpentry work in Utah building homes with the guys he rodeoed with. Cement flat work and walls, framing, roofing and finishing houses in the Park City area before he moved back to the Uintah Basin to start a construction business with his father. During this time he also became a utilities inspector on a number of pipeline projects utilizing his skills with high explosives doing controlled shots on hard rock ditches in Utah, Colorado, Wyoming and Arkansas. While working for Anadarko as a QC/CCWI in the Natural Buttes field he met Kyle Bentley who was welding on one of the facilities crews. Eventually Kyle gave Travis a shot in 2018 to help with his construction crews and the business development side of his company, Bentley Welding in Greeley CO. He has been married to his wife for 34 years, father to four and grandfather to seven.
