Paul is Co-Founder and Managing Principal of BOLT Capital.
Paul has over 24 years' experience working for domestic & international banks in Ireland.
Before joining BOLT Capital, Paul held the position of Managing Director with responsibility for the Capital Markets and International Business at Ulster Bank (part of the RBS Group). Paul was a member of the Bank's Senior Leadership Group and sat on the Bank's Asset & Liability Committee. During his time with the RBS Group, Paul also sat on the RBS Markets CBRS European management team.
Paul has extensive knowledge of banking, financial markets and risk management having worked in trading, structuring, corporate & institutional sales and has held senior management roles, at RBS / Ulster Bank, Barclays Capital and Bank of Ireland. Paul holds a B.Comm and MBS from University College Dublin.

Stephen is Head of Credit at BOLT Capital.
Stephen is an experienced finance professional with over 18 years' banking experience.
Prior to joining BOLT Capital, Stephen was a Senior Credit Manager with Barclays Bank Ireland where he oversaw a 3.1bn loan book, including c. 0.5bn of real estate loans. Previously to that he was a Relationship Manager with Ulster Bank, part of RBS plc.
He has a wide range of deal execution experience, from small corporates through to large international syndicated transactions. Stephen started his professional career with Mazars, where he trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant, before joining Global Crossing Ireland as a Financial Accountant.
