Joseph was raised in New Jersey. He served five years in USMC. After his service he worked in the construction/civil engineering field for 3 years before moving to California.
Joseph is a certified inspector with over 1,000 inspections conducted. With over 20 years in various positions in the real estate industry he takes pride in his ability to explain the reports to his clients.
He's currently the director of marketing for Buena Vista and brings over 10 years of marketing experience. Along with conducting inspections, he is also responsible for real estate agent networking and office contacts. He brings over 10 years of experience in working with buyers, sellers, and agents.
He is currently co-owner and partner with Robert Gonzalez and is a member of InterNACHI.
Robert has been working as a home inspector since 2006 and was a realtor from 1997 to 2005. Robert uses his nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate and inspection industry to educate and help homebuyers make well-informed investments.
Over the course of his inspection career, Robert has completed nearly 4,000 residential and commercial property inspections, always going above and beyond to make the process simple and helpful for his valued clients. Robert truly enjoys teaching his customers the ins and outs of their homes, how to maintain the house, and what kind of issues to watch out for.
He is certified by InterNACHI and stays up to date on all training provided by the association.
