In 2009, I had to make funeral arrangements for a close family member. This was a hectic and stressful time for me and the print company I utilized for obituary printing wasn't very helpful. There was a lack of compassion, understanding and assistance. I realized that if I had this experience there must be others who were dealing with similar situations during their time of grief. This lack of care moved me to come up with a better solution to meet those needs. I decided to start a print company with a primary focus on obituary programs that would also allow me to show the compassion and empathy needed during that difficult time. Bullitt Print Solutions was then born. Since the launch of Bullitt Print Solutions my staff and I have done over 5,000 obituaries, DVD memorial tributes, posters and other types of programs.
