Frank Serrano was born in Winter Park, FL. Frank graduated from Edgewater High School in Orlando, Florida. After graduating from law school, Frank joined the Orlando Public Defender's office and represented indigent criminal defendants. After leaving the Public Defender's office, Frank worked for two of the largest Property Damage Plaintiff firms in the state of Florida before deciding he would open his own law firm. Frank loves helping homeowners and business recover insurance benefits from large insurance companies that are refusing to pay their fair share of claim benefits. In his free time, Frank spends time with his family and attending Gator football games. Frank was a board member for the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida and a member of the Oviedo-Winter Springs Chamber of Commerce.

Jonathan J. Cagan

Jon Cagan was born in the great state of Florida. Jon is sports fanatic and combines his competitive nature with his passion for the law to work tirelessly and aggressively representing his client's interest. Upon graduation from law school, Jon worked at the State Attorney's Office in Bartow, Florida. After a short time as an assistant state attorney, he moved on to work as staff counsel for one of the nation's largest insurance companies, where he handled thousands of Personal Injury Protection ("PIP") cases among other duties and legal matters. Jon spent time working as an associate attorney for a prestigious law firm in downtown Tampa where he represented plaintiff medical providers against the injustices of the insurance companies. Jon enjoys the role of representing the underdog versus the vast resources of the insurance company and relishes an opportunity to fight on his client's behalf. Jon's hobbies include playing basketball, bbq, and going to the beach. He is a people person and invites you to call him directly with your legal questions and concerns. Jon is currently a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association where he has participated as a mentor and mock trial coach for Ribault Future Lawyers program. Jon graduated with his Juris Doctor in 2011. While in law school Jon was a dean's list recipient. Jon has been amazing to work with. Lenny has been married for thirty-eight years to his wife Peggy. They have four grown children and six grandchildren. Lindsey Parnell was born and raised in Central Florida and graduated from Winter Park High School in Winter Park, FL. Lindsey then attended the University of Miami where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree while cheering on the Hurricanes as a cheerleading captain, both competitively and on the field. Lindsey stayed at the University of Miami for Law School, where she developed a passion for helping people. After graduating from law school, Lindsey joined the Orange County Public Defender's office representing indigent criminal defendants. After leaving the Public Defender's office, Lindsey worked for a national insurance defense firm, and thereafter worked in-house for two of the largest automobile insurance companies in the nation, where she primarily practiced bodily injury law. Lindsey made the switch to represent individual clients versus corporate entities, and loves helping homeowners recover insurance benefits from insurance companies that are refusing to pay their fair share of claim benefits. In her free time, Lindsey enjoys reading, hiking, and painting, as well as chasing after her two young boys, Archie and Dylan.
