Andy Tisler

Andy is an experienced leader in the nuclear field, bringing 35 years of experience in U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) nuclear safety, operations, construction and cleanup projects at the Savannah River Site, Hanford Site, Fluor Paducah Deactivation Project, and Los Alamos National Laboratory. He has held engineering positions of increasing responsibility at the Savannah River and Hanford Sites, from Tank Farms Shift Technical Engineer to Director of Engineering, leading organizations up to 500 personnel. Most recently, he has served as the Director of NNSA Capital Project Engineering for the $11.2B Savannah River Plutonium Processing Facility Project.

Brian Savage

As Vice-President of Capital, Brian Savage oversees the construction and delivery of CNL's non-nuclear new builds, the Advanced Nuclear Materials Research Centre and the Site Utilities Revitalization Projects. Brian brings significant experience in delivery of major projects, having held leadership positions in the nuclear, electrical power, defence and ship building sectors in Canada and internationally in the USA, the UK and Argentina. He recently served as Project Director for the Turbine Island for the Wylfa Nuclear Generating Station, leading the design, procurement and construction support for two new 1450 MW Hitachi ABWR units that were to be constructed in Wales until the project was suspended in early 2019. Brian was also project manager for steam generator replacements in nuclear plants in Minnesota and Units 1 and 2 at Bruce A. At Darlington, Brian was the Project Director for the four-year Definition Phase of the $3B Retube and Feeder Replacement project. Throughout these projects, he has worked closely with the nuclear supply chain, developing and cultivating relationships with key sub-contractors and suppliers.

Jeff Griffin

Jeff is an accomplished senior executive with more than 28 years of experience leading multi-million dollar research and development programs, technology development initiatives, and operations support in a national laboratory environment. Prior to CNL, Dr. Griffin led field operations for the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Environmental Management (DOE-EM) as Associate Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary, where he provided strategic direction and policy leadership for the DOE-EM's 16 field sites, a $7.2 billion annual program that encompassed over 26,000 federal and contract employees. In this position, Dr. Griffin had overriding responsibility to support field sites working across the United States to cleanup and safely disposition large volumes of nuclear waste, safeguard nuclear materials, deactivate and decommission several thousand contaminated facilitates and remediate extensive surface and groundwater contamination.

Jeff Willman

As Vice-President, HSSE&Q, Jeff will help develop and drive organizational improvements in health and safety as CNL continues its journey to become a more high-performing organization. Prior to his position at CNL, Jeff worked as the Senior Vice-President of Radiation and Industrial Safety & Health at Energy Solutions, the world's largest processor, shipper and disposer of nuclear materials and waste. In this role, Jeff oversaw the delivery of the company's industrial safety and health program, where he developed and implemented numerous health and safety policies, procedures and systems to transform the company's safety culture. With a career that spans over 25 years, Jeff is an accomplished and certified health and safety executive with a strong track record of analyzing operations to pinpoint organizational improvement opportunities, implementing focused plans to reduce injuries, improving performance and enacting positive cultural change.

Joe McBrearty - CEO, President

Joe brings significant experience to CNL as a leader in the nuclear industry and in the implementation of transformational change across numerous organizations. For more than 36 years, Joe served in highly technical and leadership positions that cover nearly all fields of nuclear operations, including nuclear reactor and high hazard nuclear facility operations, maintenance, training and oversight with complex nuclear organizations. Most recently, Joe held the position of Chief Operating Officer at CNL (2019/20) prior to which he served as Deputy Director for Field Operations with the Office of Science, in the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). In this role he worked to achieve excellence in nuclear operations, with responsibility for all operations, including, safety, security, nuclear and hazardous material operations, procurement, and financial actions for the majority of DOE's national laboratory complex, all of which operate under the same management and operations model as CNL.

Lou has over 25 years of corporate, business development, and public affairs experience having worked at senior levels within the private sector, the Canadian federal government, at leading trade associations, and in a global public relations firm. As Vice-President of Business Management and Chief Financial Officer, Monica Steedman oversees the management and implementation of CNL's financial and business planning activities. Monica brings a significant breadth of experience and a highly-refined skill set to the role, having spent much of her career dedicated to the development of business strategies for large organizations going through significant periods of transformation. She has held senior leadership positions in financial and strategic roles for many of the United Kingdom's leading nuclear organizations, including AWE, Energy Solutions EU and Magnox. She also served on the Board of Directors of Magnox Limited as a member of the Audit, Governance and Pensions Committees, and as a member of the Magnox Executive team, holding a position on the risk panel, portfolio management panel, validation and sanction panel, and resource management panel.

Peter Stalker - COO
