Aaron Bartrim - CTO

Aaron Bartrim serves as the CTO of CMG, where he is overseeing the growth of the CMG platform and tech team. He brings extensive technical expertise in financial services product development, having previously built out consumer- and business-facing products at a wide variety of companies including early-stage internet startups, industry-leading public companies, and innovative fintech firms. Previously, as the CTO at Early Warning, Aaron's technological leadership built ZelleĀ® into the banking industry's first real-time payments network, which is currently in use by more than 1,000 financial institutions. "I love technology, but I don't love it for its own sake - it needs to solve a real-world problem. At CMG, I can see the difference our platform makes in the capital markets landscape, and I know this is the right team to further that change."

Brian Okupski - Chief Commercial Officer

Brian Okupski is CMG's Chief Commercial Officer and is responsible for the go-to-market strategy leading Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Services. He has more than 25 years of experience in financial information and technology and is a proven leader in developing highly profitable global FinTech businesses. Prior to joining CMG, Brian was Managing Director and Head of Strategy for Managed Services at IHS Markit, a leader in digital information & services. While at IHS Markit, Brian thrived on the entrepreneurial spirit to lead a variety of initiatives including global M&A, product strategy, and the launch of several new revenue businesses. During this time, Brian was also privileged to serve on the CFTC Technology Advisory Committee to foster standardization within the trade/settlement of credit derivatives in the wake of the financial crisis. Prior to joining IHS Markit, Brian enjoyed a 20-year career at Bloomberg, where he focused on developing services at the intersection of financial data, analytics and technology. A highlight of Brian's tenure was to pioneer Bloomberg's Enterprise Information division driving it from whiteboard to multi-billion-dollar operating division. Brian holds a B.S. in Economics & Management from the University of Delaware.

Greg Ingram - CEO, Founder

Greg Ingram is the CEO and co-founder of CMG. Greg is leading the execution of our long-term strategic vision of building a modern, secure, digital platform for capital. Prior to founding CMG, he was Head of Equity Capital Markets at Robert W. Baird & Co. for 7 years where he was Chair of the Commitment Committee and a member of the Investment Banking Management Committee. Before joining Baird, Greg was Head of Equities for Pacific Growth Equities in San Francisco where he was responsible for sales, trading, research and ECM. Earlier in his career, Greg oversaw ECM for the Americas for J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. and their predecessor firms, Chase H&Q and Hambrecht and Quist. Before joining Hambrecht in 1994, he was U.S. Syndicate Manager for S.G. Warburg. He launched his business career at Bear, Stearns & Co in 1983.

Mike Wilcox - Founder

Mike Wilcox is one of the three original founders of CMG; his responsibilities span across corporate strategy, sales growth, and product innovation. Prior to forming CMG, Mike was a member of the equity capital markets team at Robert W. Baird & Co., where he spent 10 years focused on the origination and execution of equity and equity-linked transactions across all industry sectors. During his tenure there, Mike participated in more than 200 equity offerings that raised over $50B in capital for Baird clients. Mike graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a BBA degree in Finance and a minor in Economics.

Peter Stosich - CFO

Peter Stosich is CMG's Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for establishing and tracking the company's financial objectives, leading financing and M&A activities, and driving company strategy and operations toward growth. Prior to joining CMG, Peter held financial leadership roles at several high-growth technology companies across the enterprise SaaS and fintech verticals. As the Head of Finance at SIMON Markets, which provides a marketplace technology platform for structured investments and other risk-managed products, Peter led the financial operations from the company's spin-out from Goldman Sachs in 2018, through its merger with iCapital in 2022. Following the merger, he served as SVP of Corporate Finance at iCapital, a global fintech company and industry leading platform for alternative investments. Prior to SIMON, Peter was Head of Finance at Origami Logic and Head of FP&A at Castlight Health. Peter began his career in investment banking and wealth management, including roles at Barclays Capital and Goldman Sachs. Peter holds an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth and a B.A. in economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Stamo Hadjiyski

Tami Goldberg - Chief Legal Officer

Tami Goldberg is CMG's General Counsel and is responsible for overseeing legal affairs and corporate governance. Tami has more than 18 years of experience advising banks, private equity firms and FinTech companies on strategic transactions, operational matters and corporate governance. Prior to joining CMG, Tami was Counsel at Goodwin Procter and a member of the firm's Private Equity group, where her clients included large financial institutions and FinTech companies. Before joining Goodwin, Tami was Associate General Counsel at Bank of America. She spent nine years as lead legal counsel on strategic investments for Bank of America's principal investments group. Tami received a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. from Brandeis University.
