Mr. Rya n has been providing litigation support, expert witness, dispute resolution and consulting services for approximately 20 years. He specializes in major cases over construction problems, construction claims, and construction methods. Generally his cases are for projects where the issues involve soil, rock, or groundwater issues on both contaminated and clean sites. Many of his cases are over differing site conditions or changed conditions in the underground environment that result in change order requests from construction contractors. Many of his consulting assignments have been working with owners to determine cost-effective construction methods or acceptable completion criteria relative to geotechnical and/or environmental cleanup projects... Mr. Ryan had previously founded and led two specialty construction firms (Geo-Con and Geo-Solutions) that worked in the geotechnical and geo-environmental field.
