Alison has been in the administrative field for nearly the last two decades, and has been an Executive Assistant for eight years (the last six of those being a virtual position). Alison enjoys taking care of people and helping managing their busy to do lists and lives.
She is also a Family and Wedding Photographer and has been in the industry since 2009. Photography fuels her passion of being with people and making a difference.
PERSONAL
Alison lives in Tacoma, WA (30 minutes south of Seattle) with her 8-year-old son, Aksel. When she is not spending time with him or working, she enjoys live music, dancing, yoga, experiencing new restaurants, adventuring in the gorgeous PNW, and spending time with friends and family.
Over Clint's 20 year career managing money for a Forbes List family and public accounting, he would often have friends and colleagues come to him looking for financial advice. They were successful people, but they didn't have the time to plan and manage their financial lives.

Jonel "Jay" Tomines is a Certified Financial Planner ™. He is passionate about helping families refine their path to financial independence and achieving peace of mind through financial planning. He works with a spectrum of clients locally and nationally. Before joining CMG financial consulting, he worked for a multi-billion-dollar registered investment advisory firm in Los Angeles, concentrating on developing comprehensive financial planning solutions for their affluent client base.
PERSONAL
Jay resides in sunny California, surrounded by palm trees and ocean breeze. He got lucky and married his college sweetheart, and they have two beautiful young girls. When he's not helping families with their financial plans, you can find him spending time with his wife and two daughters, staying active through running and boxing, and reading self-development books.

Chino is a CPA licensed in Arizona and has worked for businesses of various sizes and in diverse industries for over 15 years. Her experience includes insurance, non-profits, government, family office, and startup companies.
Chino enjoys researching tax issues and learning about new tax laws to help clients with their life goals and financial success.
