Alex Ehrlich, founder and CEO of Percapita Group, Inc., built and led prime brokerage businesses throughout his career. He co-founded Goldman Sachs' Prime Brokerage business in the early 1990s, and headed or co-headed that business in Europe and Asia, until he departed from the firm after 24 years. Mr. Ehrlich went on to lead Prime Brokerage at UBS in London and New York for six years, after which he co-headed Prime Brokerage for a decade at Morgan Stanley, where he also oversaw the Listed Derivatives and Fund Administration businesses, served on the Equities and Securities Operating Committees, and chaired the Diversity Council of the Investment Bank. He left Wall Street with gratitude for his many mentors and friends, and recognition of how privileged he was to have had such opportunities.

Carole Acunto is founder and leader of CINN's National Association Management Division and its 60 employees from 1988 to 2014, and chief administrator of the home offices of 24 national and regional financial, law, and insurance nonprofit associations. As an advocate in the fight to combat insurance fraud and as an exponent of fairness in the insurance claims settlement process, Mrs. Acunto appeared nationally in televised media, before hearings and editorial boards, to argue for high standards in battling fraud. Her efforts resulted in changes in laws and procedures affecting U.S. insurance buyers favorably. She received many top professional awards for her achievement as an executive, including an MBA, honoris causa, from the European School of Economics at Buckingham University and the highest awards given by several insurance associations.
Cathy-Ann Martine Dolecki possesses more than three decades in the rapidly changing telecommunications industry. In addition to her work with the University of Mount Saint Vincent, Ms. Dolecki is a also board member for public company and SPAC.

Hamilton Advisors is based in Greenwich, Conn. and has been in business since 1980. Biography
Dr. Susan R. Burns serves as the sixth president of the University of Mount Saint Vincent. Embodying a deep-seated commitment to the liberal arts and its inherent promise to provide access to an authentic, high-quality education to talented students of every background, Dr. Burns has dedicated herself to the common good, Vincentian service, and the Catholic intellectual tradition.
An extraordinarily effective and collaborative leader, Dr. Burns came to the University of Mount Saint Vincent from Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa, where she served as Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean of Faculty. Prior to this position, Dr. Burns served as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at Morningside College. At Morningside, she also taught psychology and statistics, holding the rank of full professor with tenure.
A psychologist, Dr. Burns remains active in her field of study. Her career and scholarly engagements have involved collaboration with colleagues in other disciplines to engage students in research projects resulting in presentations at local, regional, and national conferences, as well as publication in professional outlets. A prominent advocate for student success and undergraduate research, she has sponsored student publications in the Psi Chi Journal and the Journal of Psychological Inquiry.
Dr. Burns is widely published, authoring numerous articles and research papers for peer-reviewed journals, as well as several books and book chapters. She has co-authored a textbook titled Human Relations for the Educator: Meeting the Challenges of Today and Tomorrow, now in a second edition, and she most recently authored a textbook titled Psychology of Sex and Gender, a text designed for courses in gender, gender issues, the psychology of women or men, and sex roles, as well as sociology and anthropology courses on diversity.
The recipient of several academic and leadership awards, Dr. Burns was selected twice for the Morningside College Sharon Walker Faculty Excellence Award, received the American Association of University Women Iowa Chapter Distinguished Faculty Award, and was named the Omicron Delta Kappa Honor Society Faculty Person of the Year. She has also served on many community and professional organizations, including the Association for Psychological Science and the Society for the Teaching of Psychology.
She received her bachelor's and master's degrees in experimental psychology from Emporia State University and her Ph.D. in social/personality psychology with an emphasis in child development from Kansas State University.

Joan Walsh has been a coach for more than 30 years. Currently residing in Charleston, S.C., Ms. Walsh has two sons, loves to workout, and is very active in her church with bible studies, prayer shawl ministry, and as an extraordinary minister. Additionally, she is a trustee at the Robert and Joan Dircks Foundation, a family foundation, and is on the advisory board at S&T Bank, as well as being a member of the Philanthropic Educational Organization in Mount Pleasant, S.C.

During his 40-year career at The Walt Disney Company, John Caruso worked his way up to serve as Senior Vice President of Disney ABC Sales after starting as an ABC Page. Leading the strategy and teams for marketing partnerships and sales agreements across various distribution platforms for ABC, Freeform, Disney Channel Worldwide, and Disney Syndication, he built strong relationships with national advertisers and leaders at global agencies. In his role, Mr. Caruso had the opportunity to hire, lead, mentor, and coach many talented people within the company-as Walt Disney said, "…it takes people to make the dream a reality." Since leaving Disney, he continues to serve organizations that support people with diverse needs as a consultant for media and technology companies, further expanding his passion to help people across levels, functions, career lifecycles, and cultures become their best selves. An alumni, Mr. Caruso has also served as a mentor the University of Mount Saint Vincent for more than 10 years. He earned his MBA from Fordham University and also serves on the Boards of the Elizabeth Seton Pediatric Center and the Sisters of Charity Ministry Network.

Dr. McCullagh's professional background is in Clinical and Counseling Psychology. He has worked as a mental health therapist across a number of clinical settings. These include community mental health centers, behavioral health/integrated healthcare settings, an inpatient hospital unit, training clinics, a career counseling center, and university counseling centers. Dr. McCullagh has two primary clinical specializations: the first is focused on college student mental health, and the second is focused on the training and clinical supervision of counselor trainees.
Dr. McCullagh's research reflects his background in mental health counseling as well as his interest in understanding the factors related to college student success. He has published articles and book chapters focusing on such subjects as adapting mental health assessment and treatment approaches for racial and ethnic minority groups, understanding mental health disparities among racial and ethnic minorities, and understanding the factors that influence college students' decisions to stay or leave college.

Margaret Fennelly Grace (1921-2014) was active in numerous Catholic endeavors and charity. She served as president of the Grace Institute following the death of her husband J. Peter Grace in 1995.
Founded by W.R. Grace in 1897, the Institute offers tuition-free job training to women seeking to hone their personal and business skills. Mrs. Grace was herself a 1938 alumna of the Institute. During the Second Vatican Council, Mrs. Grace was part of a group assisting Cardinal Josef Suenens of Brussels, Belgium, who served as a moderator of the Council. The group helped Cardinal Suenens to study areas of special interest including ecumenism, world poverty, marriage, and the commitments of priests and consecrated religious. Mrs. Grace continued to act as the Cardinal's envoy in the United States until her death in 1996. She then founded the Cardinal Suenens Center at John Carroll University, the original home of the Margaret F. Grace Lecture. In 2015, the Lecture relocated to the University of Mount Saint Vincent, to which she, her husband, and her family were long-serving and generous benefactors.
Born in New York City, Mrs. Grace graduated from Cathedral High School in Manhattan. In 1941, she married J. Peter Grace, the long-time head of the international firm W.R. Grace and Company. She later earned a bachelor's degree in theology from Fordham University.

After graduating from the University of Mount Saint Vincent, Noreen Culhane taught first grade for 5 years and then transitioned into a career in business. During her 20 years in sales and client service at IBM, she managed the securities industry business with responsibility for investment banks and brokerages headquartered in New York. At the New York Stock Exchange, she managed the global listings business with offices covering the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Ms. Culhane is also a trustee of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York and is a board member of Mutual of America. In her free time, she enjoys golfing, rowing, reading, and traveling.

Paul Mourning is a partner in the New York office of Crowell & Moring and co-chair of the firm's Health Care Group. His multidimensional practice is focused on health care and nonprofit organizations, particularly relating to corporate, regulatory, and transactional matters. Mr. Mourning also serves as National Legal Counsel to The Salvation Army for many years and advises a variety of tax-exempt clients in a number of service areas, including religious organizations, foundations, educational institutions, museums, social service agencies, and trade associations. He received his JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and his AB, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Dartmouth College. Peter DeNunzio is a long-time CEO of several marketing, advertising, and digital strategy organizations. His experience has coincided with seismic changes in marketing driven by technology and data advancements that have changed the way people communicate, transact, and form relationships. He is a passionate supporter of education, serving not only on the University's board, but also that of Deerfield Academy and the Advertising Educational Foundation.

At Pfizer, Ms. Cassese served as member of the Worldwide Pharmaceuticals Executive Leadership Team heading the global technology, digital, and analytics organization, consisting of over 2,000 professionals across 100 international locations.
