The intention behind co-kitchen is to celebrate our co nnection to each other, to our food and to all other living beings we share the planet with. Vegan, organic, regional, fair and food-waste-conscious ingredients and processes are a given, forming a solid foundation upon which creativity roams free... Co-kitchen began as a small vegan gastronomy business offering caterings,workshops and event organization based in Bern, Switzerland. Through these experiences, Kremena, the founder of co-kitchen, realized her passion lies in inspiring and empowering people to take charge of their home kitchens by cooking everyday meals which are healthy for themselves, other beings and the planet as a whole.
