Alberte is the sweet voice you hear when calling the Dieppe location. She has many years of experience in the administration field, having worked at Viva Canada for almost 20 years.
When she's not at work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Camille is a CPA with over 45 years of accounting experience operating his own practice. He was been a constant reliable advisor to our company throughout this time, and now occupies an office within our Shediac head office, providing us with on-site guidance and expertise.
Camille resides in beautiful Cocagne, with his wife of 50 years: Adrienne. He is known as someone who is very community focused, having dedicated countless hours and years to the administration of his beloved town and to minor hockey in the area, amongst others.

Always smiling, Carole is one of our most recent employees to join our family. Growing up in scenic Cap Pele, Carole has set up roots with her young family in nearby Trois-Ruisseaux, where she resides to this day. She graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering -Architectural Option from Université de Moncton and her dream is to one day obtain her designation.
Soon after graduation, she began working at Medavie Blue Cross, for 7 years until recently, when she wanted a career change and joined us. During her spare time, Carole loves spending time with her family and over the summer months, they enjoy camping and being outside as much as they can.

Carole Leblanc is a local girl from Cap-Pelé who has been in the industry for over 17 years, having worked mostly in commercial insurance throughout her career. As such, she instantly adds a wealth of experienced to our already-strong Commercial Team, and she is based out of our Dieppe office. Carole is mother to 2 children and continues to reside in Cap-Pelé. She has been very active in her community volunteering at the local school, and with the local Ringuette and Minor Hockey associations. She has been a village councillor in Cap-Pelé since 2016. In her spare time, she enjoys music, dancing, and taking walks on the beach in her hometown.
Born and raised in Ste-Marie-de-Kent, Christine Allain comes from a large family and has 15 siblings and many nieces and nephews. After graduating from Clement Cormier, she attended CCNB Dieppe Campus in their Business Administration program. Christine began her career with us as a summer student but has since joined us full time as one of our account administrator.
Christine resides in Kent County, near her family and friends, whom she loves spending time with. In her downtime, she enjoys attending concerts, socializing with friends or cuddling up with her boyfriend watching Netflix.
Christine is our newest addition to our processing department at our Shediac location.
She was born and raised in Cap-Pele and now resides in Scoudouc.

Aptly named, Christine Smiley has a tendency to brighten the days of those whose path she crosses. A graduate of CCNB Dieppe in "Techniques de Gestion de Bureau Bilingue". She joined us in April 2012 as Administrative Assistant and moved on to Broker role in short order. She is working towards completing her Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation.
When at home, Christine enjoys exploring the great outdoors on ATV, and spending time with her family and friends.
In her spare time, Claudette enjoys cooking and baking for family and friends, especially around the holidays
Danie is "Miss Dependable" when it comes to supporting our Brokers. It doesn't matter if there's a blizzard outside, or she's come down with the sniffles, you know you'll find her at her desk getting the job done.
Danie earned a Diploma in "Techniques de Gestion Bilingue" from NBCC Dieppe and then joined our team in 2010 as part of our processing department.
Danie enjoys going hiking, reading and spending time with her family and friends in her spare time.
Danika, our friendly telephone receptionist, joined our team in 2017. Born and raised in Shediac where she currently resides with her young son, Danika graduated from NBCC in 2012 with a degree in Office Administration. In addition to her passion for animals, she is very creative and enjoys spending time with her family. In the summer, she loves to spend time boating and gardening.
Diane is the always organized and dependable "control center" for our Saint-Antoine office. She has a knack for remembering clients and details that is highly valued by her office mates.
A native of picturesque Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, Diane has been our receptionist since 2005. She filled similar positions with other companies prior to her joining us, and earlier earned a diploma in Accounting at CCNB Dieppe.

Donna was born and raised in Barachois, and is the eldest of 2 girls. Upon graduating LJR high school, she moved to Ottawa where she obtained her diploma in Dental Care. She returned to NB shortly thereafter and started a 25 year career in the dentistry field, including the last 20 years specialized in Orthodontics. This experience has provided her with a strong foundation in customer service, which is one of her strong asset in her role as a Personal Lines Broker.
In her spare time, Donna considers herself somewhat of a "foodie" who enjoys discovering new foods either in restaurants, or while cooking at home with her boyfriend. She also has an appreciation for nature and spending time in the great outdoors.
Géraldine earned a Diploma in Paralegal/Legal Assistant at Oulton's Business College and worked in the legal domain for a number of years. She joined our team in 2006.

Hélène Carroll has been a consummate professional and client-favorite since joining our team back in 1980. She grew up in Baie-Saint-Anne, NB (and still has the accent to prove it! ;). Hélène is a Business Administration program graduate at CCNB.
An experience leader withing our organization, Hélène's focus on superior customer service has created for her a following of intensely loyal clients.
Irene owns the friendly smiling face that greets you when you walk into our Shediac office. She is a recent addition to our team as of 2016, and her warm and engaging personality and easy sense of humour was an immediate hit with our staff.
Irene has a strong background in administrative work, and she has brought a professionalism and organizational skills that are essential in keeping our office running smoothly.
A native of Saint-Norbert, Irene is a transplant to the Shediac area since 2004. She might have just a teeny-tiny addiction to coffee… so bringing her a fresh "cup of Joe" might just get you a front-of-the-line pass at our Shediac office!

Funny gal Isabelle joined us July 2018 and is one of our up and coming insurance brokers. If her name sounds familiar, you might have heard her morning radio show "Snooze Café with Isabelle Roy at CKUM". Born and raised in Bathurst, she now resides in the charming village of Saint-Antoine with her young family. During the winter months you will surely find her on the hiking trails and during the summer in her kayak or cheering on her kid's soccer games. She loves to watch movies, spend time with her children and boyfriend.

Jacques is a native of the quaint New Brunswick community of Eel River Crossing, NB. Shortly after his graduation from Université de Moncton's Business Admin Program, Jacques joined the insurance industry in 1991 as a Financial Advisor.
He is currently President of Assurance Jacques Savoie Insurance Inc., which is the sole firm entrusted with servicing Vienneau Insurance's life and group benefits clientele. When he's able to pull himself away from his work, Jacques enjoys playing golf, hockey, and traveling.
Our company's longest-tenured President and CEO, Jean-Claude purchased Vienneau Insurance way back in 1973. His hard work and leadership through the decades was integral in growing the company from a small 3-person "mom and pop" shop in the early 70s, to what is today the largest insurance brokerage based out of South-East NB. Although he has passed the company down to the next generation, he remains a highly valued advisor who can often be found at the office to this day.
Jean-Claude is a native of the quaint village of Saint-Antoine, but has resided in Shediac since taking ownership of Vienneau Insurance over 45 years ago. He has been extremely involved in the community over the years, having attained the rank of president with numerous regional and provincial organizations.
Jean-Claude still resides in Shediac with his wife of nearly 45 years: Judy. He enjoys escaping to his "winter home" in Florida for a portion of the year, and values time spent with his 3 adult children and 4 grand-children when back in the country!

Josée is a consummate professional who constantly strives to do right by her clients. Having started her insurance career in 2010 as a Claims Adjuster with RSA Insurance, she joined our team in 2013 and has completed her Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) in 2017.
Josée is the proud mother of a young family who enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Josée Léger is our Executive Assistant and newest Vienneau family member, joining us in November, 2018. Born and raised in St-Edouard-de-Kent, she still resides in Kent County with her young family. She has extensive admin; management & accounting experience having worked in the public service & construction fields.

Born and raised in Stoney Creek, Kelli Stevens lives in her grandparents former residence, right next door to her childhood home. Kelli came to us with over 4 years of insurance experience, but prior to getting into insurance; she ran her own flower shop for a number of years, and still does floral arrangements for family and friends upon request. Kelli and her husband are proud parents to two high school teenagers. Kelli enjoys spending time with her family and during the winter months you will find them at the rink as both children are passionate hockey players.

Krissy Cormier started her insurance career in 2007 after she completed a Diploma in Finance at the CCNB Dieppe. She gained great deal of experience during those years. Her journey started with us in 2013 as a Senior Account Executive and has now completed her Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation. Krissy enjoys shopping, traveling and keeping fit.

Linda is a rock, to both her clients and her colleagues who depend on her. She can always be counted on to be there and get the job done right.
Born and raised in Moncton, Linda is an alumnae of Moncton High School. She has over a decade's worth of experience in the insurance industry, having acquired skills in a variety of roles during this time.
As any of her coworkers will attest, Linda's talents also extend to the kitchen, where she is known to whip up delectable baked goods with which she tempts and delight her colleagues with from time-to-time.

Born in Waltham, Massachusetts, Lisa Bourassa grew up in Bouctouche and later graduated from Clement Cormier High School. Once Lisa graduated, she moved and lived in Ontario for a number of years to work in the insurance industry, but missed the Maritime life and returned home. Lisa came to join us through our acquisition of Coast Insurance in 2021, and she continues to skillfully fill the role of Director of First Impressions (aka. Receptionist) since 2008. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys cooking, kayaking, and walking the dog. She enjoys the cottage life year round, and loves spending time with her family.

Lise wants nothing but the best for her clients and colleagues, and will go to battle for both.
Lise obtained her Diploma in Business Administration and Accounting at CCNB Dieppe. She then worked for a local Credit Union for 20 years in Customer Service and Sales. She joined our team in 2006 as a Personal Lines Broker and is working towards completing her Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation.
Lise has been an active volunteer in her community, helping out at senior homes and at volunteering on youth soccer committees.. She loves to read and exercise in her free time.

Luce joined our Dieppe office as a Personal Lines Broker just a short time ago but is such a perfect fit, it seems like she was the first one here!! Born and raised in the picturesque seaside town of Dalhousie. She is the eldest of 2 children, and her brother and parents still live in her hometown. She moved to Moncton upon graduating from high school to attend the Université de Moncton, where she obtained a BA with a major in Finance. She came to us with nearly 15 years of insurance experience, having worked for Goguen Champlain/Johnson in various Sales and Service roles since 2005.
Luce and her husband Rémi reside in Greater Lakeburn, and are parents to 2 boys: Maxime and Vincent. As is the case with all us parents, she is a part-time "chauffeur" shuttling her kids to various sporting and social outings. In the little spare time she has, she enjoys travelling and partaking in different cuisine!
Manon has two decades worth of Insurance experience under her belt. Her career includes time on the agency side, the Life and Benefits side, direct writers/call-center, and of course brokerage. So, not to say that she's seen and done it all… but pretty close!
In her spare time, Manon loves to paint, travel and spend time with her friends & family. She is also a volunteer with George Dumont's "Arbre de l'Espoire", and is a former Chair of the Young Business Professional Women organization of Moncton and currently a member of Club Rotary de Dieppe.
Marc is proud native Shediac-er (born and raised!) and a 2nd-generation insurance broker. He earned his Bachelors of Business Administration Degree from UNB and moved on to work as an Underwriter in training in 1999. He joined the family firm in 2000 and then completed his Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation.
Marc has a long history of volunteering within his industry and his community. He is the past President or Chairman of various organizations (IBANB, NB Young Broker Network, Shediac Rotary Club), and is always keen on participating in community events.
On the personal side, Marc is proud husband and father of two active children, and describes his second job as that of an "assistant coach". Marc tries to keep fit by playing recreational ice and floor hockey, and loves kayaking and summer camping with his young family.
Marcel joined the family business in 2003, shortly after earning a Business Diploma at NBCC Moncton.
Known as the "quiet, and behind the scenes" brother, he is a integral part of our team, taking care of a multitude of administrative and property maintenance responsibilities.

Marise Cormier was born and raised in the beautiful Memramcook valley, along with her 6 siblings. She went to grade school in Memramcook, and then obtained her high School diploma from Mathieu Martin. Marise has extensive customer service experience, having worked in the insurance industry for over 14 years and previously in accounting roles. Marise is a Level-4 licensed broker, and CAIB graduate. Marise still resides in Memramcook… and in the home she grew up in, no less! Away from the office, Marise enjoys reading and keeping up on current events, travel (during simpler times), and spending time with family.

Maryse Boudreau has recently joined our team as Administrator at our Dieppe location and currently in the midst of studies to obtain her Broker license. Originally from our beautiful town of Shediac, she now resides in Saint-Thomas with her spouse, young nine year old son and their dog.
Upon graduation from LJR, Maryse enrolled at Oulton's College where she obtained her Office Administrator degree in 2004. She has years of experience in customer service having worked at Sobey's and more recently at Home Hardware. Her interests are all related to nature where she discovered her love of photography. With her family, she cherishes movie nights at home.

Maryse Doucette joined our team the day after COVID-19 made its appearance in NB, jumped & fit right in. Born & raised in beautiful Campbellton, Maryse learned about the simple things in life early on, and continues to enjoy visiting her family, who still reside in her childhood home to this day. She graduated from Roland Pépin High School then obtained her photography degree from CCNB Dieppe Campus, and her Travel & Hospitality Degree at Outlon's College. Prior to joining us, she worked in the banking industry for the past 7 years, where she's perfected her excellent customer service abilities. Mom of two, three of you include their fur baby, Maryse & her fiancé live in Moncton with their beautiful family. Maryse, artistic to her core, enjoys photography, bringing beautiful projects to life, and loves to attend concerts, hoola hoop, hiking, travel & any time with her family & friends.

This little ray of sunshine is also one of our newest Vienneau family member, joining us in December 2018. Meagan was born and raised in Shediac, where she still resides with her young family. In the summer, you will find them at one of the local campgrounds or splashing around in their family pool.

Michelle LeBlanc is one of our bright young stars, joining us fresh out of college in 2018. She's from - and still lives in - the quaint community of Saint-Andre-Leblanc. Michelle is a graduate of CCNB Dieppe's campus in the Financial Planning program and is now working towards the completion of her CAIB professional insurance designation. In the office she is playfully also known as "Beatrice", or "Bee" for short. Michelle is a poster-child for college coop work term success, having first joined us as a 6-week intern before we decided we weren't about to let this one hit the open job market!
During the day you will find her very energetic, but in the evening she loves to unwind at home and spend time with friends & family and watch her favorite shows on Netflix. In her spare time, Bee loves to shop - then shop some more - and play softball. She also fancies herself our office food connoisseur!

Mireille is our soft-spoken yet upbeat new addition to our team since September 2016. A native "Quebecoise", she has been calling NB home since 2004.
Mireille is a seasoned customer service professional, having worked in the call centre world for the better part of a decade, including managerial roles. She is one smart cookie, having quickly grasped complex insurance terminology and translating that into an insurance license in record time!
When away from the office, Mireille enjoys spending time with her young son, as well as watching movies, and keeping in shape with Zumba classes.

Born and raised in beautiful Saint-Edouard, Monica Blanchard graduated from Clement Cormier then obtained her Dental Assistant Certificate from Oulton College. During her school years, Monica played ringette with local teams, then went on to play for Team NB and pursued her competitive side which led her to compete at two National Championships.
At the young age of 16, her love of the game led her to the role of Assistant Coach for U14 Team NB and won the Eastern Championship. Monica worked in the banking industry for a few years, then attended University of Moncton for a year. In 2020, she joined us as a summer student and was so efficient that we decided to keep her!
She recently obtained her NB Broker's License in 2021, and is now well on her way to obtain her CAIB designation. In her downtime, Monica is an avid golfer, outdoor enthusiast and loves spending time with friends and family.

Monique Allain has been with us for less than a year, but feels like she's been here all along! To say Monique is family oriented is an understatement; born and raised in Ste-Marie-de-Kent, Monique comes from a big family of 16 kids! After graduating from Clement Cormier, she went on to obtain her Medical Office Administration degree from Oulton's College. Through her love of children, Monique worked at a local daycare for over 10 years before joining us in October 2019. Monique still resides in Kent county and is a busy gal! She loves to support her nephews and nieces in hockey and ringette, she keeps active by walking in the trails behind her house. Besides loving spending time with her large family, Monique loves attending concerts or in her downtime watching Netflix.

Monique knows her clients and her community like few others. With almost 35 years of protecting residents of Bouctouche and surrounding areas, her knowledge and experience are unmatched in town.
Having completed her Business Diploma at Oulton's Business College Monique then began her insurance career in 1982. She joined our team in 2010 as a Personal Lines insurance broker.
Monique enjoys volunteering at her church, reading and jogging in her spare time.
Natalie has been passionately protecting our clients since 1999, when she joined the family firm.
Known as a truly empathetic soul by colleagues and clients alike, she has the knowledge to back up her excellent listening skills having completed her Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation in 2015.

Natasha Lahanky came to join our team via the acquisition of Coast Insurance in 2021. Originally from Moncton, Natasha graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St Mary's University in Halifax. She then moved to Toronto where she developed strong customer service skills working in a fast paced environment as a Team Leader for Porter Airlines. Since returning home to The Maritimes, Natasha has worked to obtain her Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking plant-based meals, getting her hands dirty in the garden and spending time with family.

A newcomer to Assurance Vienneau as of 2015, Natasha joined us after having spent the previous 5 years learning the technical side of the industry as an insurance company underwriter.
Natasha is easy with the smiles, and her positive attitude is infectious. She has been a great addition to our team.

Born and raised in Riverview, Nick Chandler graduated from Riverview High, and then attended NBCC where he received his diploma in Business Administration. He then followed in his dad's footstep and joined the family business, Coast Insurance, where he worked as a broker for over 9 years.
He then stepped away for a couple years to attend the Ontario Institute of Audio Recording Technology and complete a one year internship following his graduation. Soon after, he returned to NB and worked as an Account Manager/Audio Visual Specialist Technician. Once Nick became a father, he returned to the family business and has since joined our team through the acquisition of Coast Insurance in January 2021. Nick is a very busy dad who loves spending time with his family.

Nicole is a long-time client favorite with a keen wit and great sense of humor.
Nicole was born in Bouctouche and is a graduated from Clement Cormier High School. She started her career in insurance in 1988, and became a licensed insurance broker in October of 1994.
In her spare time, Nicole is all about family and enjoys her role as very hands-on Grand-Mother of 3 small grand-children
Paul is our in-house Information Technology professional, and has been working with us since 2012. Curious by nature, Paul is known in our office as a fellow who has built up well-rounded base of knowledge on various topics. He is adept in digital marketing, and - along with his Audio/Video skills - has been instrumental in helping us become a digital leader in our field. You can credit Paul with the transformation of our famous "Worry Pas" radio ads into catchy YouTube videos!
In his spare time, Paul is a dedicated husband who lends his many skills to his local church on Sundays. You may also catch him banging out a mean beat on his drums!

Once Rachel Mallet obtained her NB Broker License earlier this year, there was no stopping her! No surprise, with her extensive background in customer service, having worked in the hotel industry for over 20 years, she is always willing to help customers, providing a positive, helpful and friendly service to ensure you are left with a great impression. A native of Dieppe, she is a graduate from École Mathieu Martin and later CCNB Dieppe in the "Teleservices" program. Rachel and her husband currently live in Shediac, with their two sons and new puppy. During her spare time, Rachel loves to spend time with her family, walking her dog or enjoying a glass of wine with good friends. In the winter you will find her spending most her time at local rinks cheering at her kids hockey games.

Rachel Vienneau joined our Dieppe office in 2017 after having spent the better part of 15 years perfecting her customer service skill in local customer contact centers.
Rachel hails from the small NB community of Lagacéville. She enjoyed her small-town upbringing, but did not hesitate to move to the big city of Moncton upon graduating from high school. She originally studied to be an esthetician, but fate had other plans for her and she discovered her skill and passion for customer service.
Rachel and husband are parent to a young son. They are also dog lovers with a family pooch. In the little spare time she has, Rachel has a few things she likes to do, including: knitting, reading, and cooking

Joining our team in 2021, Susie Beaumont grew up in St-Louis-de-Kent, but has been living in Hillsborough for almost 25 years now. She and her husband are parents to a lovely 20 year old daughter named Ashley. Susie is no stranger insurance, after taking a break from the industry, she was looking forward to getting back into things and connecting with customers again. Susie's a dog lover and is an outdoors enthusiast. Hiking, mountain biking, camping and riding in their side-by-side is where she is in her element.

Suzanne is often described as a genuine "people-pleaser" who goes that extra mile to serve her clients. These attributes - along with her extensive knowledge - made her the perfect choice to take care of the home and auto needs of our Commercial Clients.
Working in insurance since 2004, she joined our team in 2014 following the acquisition of Beauséjour Gaudet Insurance.
In her spare time, Suzanne enjoys the great outdoors, walking her dogs and camping.
Sylvie joined our team in 2015 following years of experience in sales and customer service in other industries. She began her career with us as a receptionist in our Dieppe office, but has since settled into an account administrator role in our Shediac office.
Sylvie is known as an energetic colleague and easy conversationalist. Her energy level serves her well as a mother of two young boys who are the focus of her life outside work. When not chasing her little guys around the house, she enjoys visiting with family and friends.
Tanya is the exceptionally efficient and helpful young lady who has greeted callers and visitors to our Bouctouche office since 2013.
Tanya earned a Diploma in Bilingual Office Management from CCNB Dieppe and has been in the insurance industry since 2009. She hold a insurance brokers license, and as such answers some insurance questions right from the front desk.
When not at work, Tanya enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
