The Collaborative Professionals of Phoenix (CPP) is a non-profit association of independent professionals from the fields of law, mental health, and finance... CPP Practitioner Members represent clients in a collaborative, out-of-court alternative to traditional litigated divorces. The Collaborative Law Process is a transparent, respectful and private way for couples to divorce in which each spouse's needs, interests and concerns are addressed. We are committed to the Collaborative Process to solve problems by reaching mutually agreeable solutions. We work together with our clients and other collaborative professionals, respectfully and in good faith, to gather the information needed to reach an agreement. The goal is a win/win resolution for our clients and their family...
