Jeffrey Brown has served the metropolitan area as Owner/President of Brown & Son Realty, Inc., a commercial real estate brokerage for over thirty years. His crowning achievement was serving the New York Snapple distributor, Mr. Natural, Inc. Over this period Jeff secured over 550,000 square feet of industrial and office space in five locations for Mr. Natural as their distribution operation grew after Snapple went public. Jeff worked closely day-to-day with all aspects of upper management in serving their real estate needs and understanding their operation. Jeff Brown was the Director of Real Estate & Marketing for Big Yellow Mini-Storage, Inc. Big Yellow was the first self-storage operation in the metropolitan area. Mr. Brown's responsibilities included real estate evaluations, new acquisitions, feasibility studies, site criteria, project development and financing.
