As Nassal's Director of Design, Amanda will apply her expert knowledge of design, materials, construction, and CAD to create the shop fabrication documents that are used to fabricate Nassal's projects. Amanda is responsible for directing, managing, and leading Nassal's team of dedicated designers across multiple disciplines and projects to ensure timely delivery and coordination with Nassal's fabrication shop, design partners, and clients. Design plays a critical piece in the Fabrication process, and Amanda will work with her team to create the build-ready files for our Shop using a variety of different software and technology that would best fit the application.
As Master Carver, Hoi serves as the lead texturing and finish expert for exhibit rockwork fabrication projects. He has mastered the delicate balance of artistic talent and construction expertise, ensuring that your project is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also of the highest construction quality.
Hoi joined Nassal in 2005 and has proven to be an important asset to the company ever since. Prior to joining Nassal, Hoi worked for KHS&S Contractors and ValleyCrest Companies.

is the on-site supervisor and manages the project crew(s) as well as coordinates with other trades in the completion of the project. Ken ensures that your project is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also the highest construction quality. Ken recently acted as Superintendent for design/build related scope for Project 384 at Universal Studios Hollywood.

As Project Manager, Kevin is responsible for effectively and proficiently managing our client's projects on a day to day basis, including management of client communication, consultant coordination, overall project budget, scheduling, fabrication, safety, quality and installation. Kevin is responsible for working with Nassal's design team, Nassal's on-site Superintendent and Foremen, the client, the architects, engineers and installation crews to install our scenic and artistic installations into a client's facility.
Starting as an intern while completing college in 2013, Kevin has been with Nassal for close to 5 years and has since worked on various projects ranging in complexity. His first large project in a leadership role for the team was Skull Island: Reign of Kong with featured over 120,000 square feet of carved artificial rockwork and complete scenic show set with a 10 month mobilization. Since then, Kevin has directly managed over $3M+ worth of projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of client service, communication, and commitment to high quality theming and rockwork.

As VP, Operations, Marc oversees the overall project delivery efforts for Lexington's global portfolio of projects. Overseeing the Project Management team and Operations Support Group, Marc works collaboratively with preconstruction, design, and fabrication teams to develop the means, methods, and materials of construction to maximize the overall value to the client, while maintaining the highest level of construction methodology.

Rick is the Preconstruction Director for all Nassal Rockwork projects. He is responsible for all preconstruction efforts related to developing the scope of work as it corresponds with the bid package and developing the means, methods, and materials for construction during the estimating phase.
