Charles E. Bradley, Jr. has been President and a director since our formation in March 1991, and was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors in July 2001. In January 1992, Mr. Bradley was appointed Chief Executive Officer. From April 1989 to November 1990, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Barnard and Company, a private investment firm. From September 1987 to March 1989, Mr. Bradley, Jr. was an associate of The Harding Group, a private investment banking firm. Mr. Bradley does not currently serve on the board of directors of any other publicly-traded companies.

Chris Adams has been a director of the Company since August 2007. Mr. Adams has been president and owner of Latrobe Pattern and K Castings Inc., which are firms in the business of fabricating metal parts, since 1982.

Christopher Terry has been Senior Vice President of Risk Management since May 2017, and Senior Vice President of Risk Management, Systems and IT since October 2018 . Prior to that he was our Senior Vice President of Servicing from May 2005 to August 2013. He was Senior Vice President of Asset Recovery from August 2013 to May 2017 and from January 2003 to May 2005. He joined us in January 1995 as a loan officer, held a series of successively more responsible positions, and was promoted to Vice President - Asset Recovery in June 1999. Mr. Terry was previously a branch manager with Norwest Financial from 1990 to October 1994.

Daniel S. Wood has been a director of the Company since July 2001. Mr. Wood was President of Carclo Technical Plastics, a manufacturer of custom injection moldings, from September 2000 until his retirement in April 2007. Previously, from 1988 to September 2000, he was the Chief Operating Officer and co-owner of the Carrera Corporation.

Danny Bharwani, has been Senior Vice President - Accounting since April 2016. Previously, he was our Vice President - Accounting from June 2002. He joined us as Assistant Controller in August 1997. Mr. Bharwani was previously employed as Assistant Controller at The Todd-AO Corporation, from 1989 to 1997.

Gregory S. Washer was elected a director of the Company in June 2007. Mr. Washer has been president of Clean Fun Promotional Marketing LLC, a promotional marketing company, since its founding in 1986.

Jeffrey P. Fritz has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since March 2014. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since April 2006. He was Senior Vice President of Accounting from August 2004 through March 2006. He served as a consultant to us from May 2004 to August 2004. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer of SeaWest Financial Corp. from February 2003 to May 2004, and the Chief Financial Officer of AFCO Auto Finance from April 2002 to February 2003. He practiced public accounting with Glenn M. Gelman & Associates from March 2001 to April 2002 and was Chief Financial Officer of Credit Services Group, Inc. from May 1999 to November 2000. He previously served as our Chief Financial Officer from our inception through May 1999.

Mr. Harton was previously a branch manager with American General Finance from 1990 to March 1996.

Laurie Straten has been Senior Vice President of Collections since August 2013. Prior to transitioning to Collections, she was promoted to Senior Vice President of Asset Recovery in April 2013. Prior to that she held the position of Vice President - Asset Recovery beginning in April 2005. Ms. Straten started with the Company in March 1996 as a Bankruptcy Specialist and over time accepted more responsibility within the Asset Recovery Department. Prior to joining Consumer Portfolio Services, Ms. Straten worked for the FDIC and served in the United States Marine Corps.

Louis M. Grasso has been a director of the Company since October 2019. Mr. Grasso was the founder and majority owner of PFC Corporation until his retirement in November 2011, upon sale of PFC's portfolio of assets to Capstone Realty Advisors.

Michael T. Lavin has been Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Chief Operating Officer since March 2019. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer since March 2014, Senior Vice President - General Counsel since March 2013, Senior Vice President and Corporate Counsel since May 2009 and our Vice President - Legal since joining the Company in November of 2001. Mr. Lavin was previously engaged as a law clerk and an associate with the San Diego based large law firm (now defunct) of Edwards, Sooy & Byron from 1996 through 2000 and then as an associate with the Orange County based firm of Trachtman & Trachman from 2000 through 2001. Mr. Lavin also clerked for the San Diego District Attorney's office and Orange County Public Defender's office. He was nominated for the Orange County General Counsel of the year and the "Top 40 under 40" business executives.

William B. Roberts has been a director of the Company since its formation in March 1991. Since 1981, he has been the President of Monmouth Capital Corp., an investment firm which specializes in management buyouts.
