With over 30 years of industry experience, Carol brings extensive Information Technology experience working across all areas of the utility business. Carol started Crisp Consulting with the goal of providing consultant resources to utilities as well as other enterprises working in the utility space. She retired from Exelon Corporation where she held a variety of positions in IT. Most recent, Carol was CIO of ComEd and VP in Information Technology where she ran the Digital Grid department. She had responsibility for overseeing and coordinating IT activities across ComEd, and direct responsibility for projects and maintenance in the Telecommunications, Analytics and Smart Meter areas across all Exelon Utilities. In her prior role as Director of Smart Grid Initiatives, Carol deployed one of the largest smart grid systems in the industry. She also was a Manager of IT Customer Meter-to-Market, and Manager of Nuclear Real Time Systems. She also spent some time in Supply as Manager of Corporate Services and Materials. Carol received her Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology. She is currently serving on the board of trustees at Mother McAuley Liberal Arts High School, and is a strong supporter of careers in the STEM fields.
Jeff is our resident Corrective Action Program expert, he can create a CAP program from the ground up, execute CAP audits, or perform root cause investigations when you have an urgent need.
.John brings over 40 years of electric utility and nuclear power experience. He focuses on providing innovative solutions for diverse partners leveraging software, hardware and experienced resources. His expertise is associated with many business software platforms including Mobile Workforce, Work Management, and Outage Management functions. He currently leads recruitment and SME project staffing and will work to understand your project needs and identify the right resources to help you meet your goals.
Karen has strong experience as an Information Technology executive. She has worked across all areas in IT supporting various business units, with strong focus in utility industry including Nuclear, Generation, Retail and Corporate Business Services. Her experiences include large project execution, strategy, governance and compliance.
