CROWDCOPIA - Key Persons
Chris joined Crowdcopia in October of 2021 and works on the Operations Team. He focuses on assisting borrowers through the mortgage payoff process, whether a refinance and hold, or sale of the property. Additional areas of focus include deal analysis, valuation, portfolio management, property management, accounting, and risk management. Chris graduated from Drexel University in 2021 with a bachelor's degree in Finance and Business. In his spare time, he enjoys exercising, Eagles games, seeing friends and family, and business and economic news.
Craig is a co-founder of Crowdcopia and leads the team that oversees the construction phase of projects that includes working with borrowers to create initial renovation estimates and handling inspections for draw requests. Craig's love of construction started while working for his family's construction business in his teens, and over the years, he has done full gut renovations for well over 300 single family homes, commercial offices and warehouses. Prior to Crowdcopia, he co-founded C&L Investments in 2008, which purchased, renovated and managed single family rentals in West Philadelphia. Prior to C&L, Craig worked as a trader at Susquehanna International Group and at Goldman Sachs. Craig takes great pride in Crowdcopia's work in helping to transform properties into homes that the company, its borrowers, investors and residents can all be proud of. - Construction Operations Manager
Daniel works on the construction side at Crowdcopia. He's part of the team that manages fielding draw requests and helps ensure borrowers construction budgets match their project size and scope needs. Daniel started his real estate career in Saint Paul, MN, managing investor rental inventory and process property management requests. Daniel then moved to Philadelphia to complete his degree in Urban Studies at the University of Pennsylvania. When he's not working, Daniel enjoys exploring his adopted hometown, including biking around the city and an ongoing search for the area's best food options.
Jon currently leads the operations and quality control teams, including underwriting, origination and servicing processes. His experience in finance and real estate management has helped Crowdcopia lend to a diverse group of Philadelphia area borrowers. Jon's real estate career began when he co-founding C&L Investments LLC in 2008, a company specializing in purchasing, acquiring and renovating investment properties primarily in West Philadelphia. During this time, Jon also created an independent construction company, real estate brokerage and property management company before co-founding Crowdcopia in 2016.
Jon loves what he's doing - both finding creative financial solutions for his clients and helping improve the city he's worked in for 20 years. Jon received a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College and MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School. He is a licensed real estate broker in Pennsylvania.
Liam joined Crowdcopia in 2021. He is a member of the operations team working on a number of critical projects. Liam grew up in the Philadelphia suburbs and graduated from Temple's Fox School of Business with a BBA in Management, Information Systems. Some of Liam's favorite activities include: Playing and studying chess, listening to music, and playing video games.
Luke brings 20 years of real estate and money lending experience. He started in real estate with his first building purchase in 2001, before founding Bell Town Properties. With Bell Town, Luke acquired, carefully renovated and rented 46 houses in the Philadelphia area. Luke co-founded Crowdcopia in 2016, where his responsibilities include loan origination, prospecting and managing the company's digital and software training efforts. Luke is dedicated to bringing his clients personalized attention and a true full-service lending experience. He received a BA in economics from Rollins College.
Matt is a member of Crowdcopia's construction department. He is responsible for draw inspections, zoning requirements, property management, and budget planning for all properties and projects. Matt grew up in South Philadelphia where he attended the Charter High school for Architecture & Design. After graduating with honors, Matt had the desire to further his knowledge for the construction industry by becoming a master carpenter for the Philadelphia Carpenters Union. Although Matt loved to use his creative skill sets and building capabilities to physically build, he decided to use his experience and specific skill set in other ways. In doing so, he joined the amazing team at Crowdcopia and became a construction analyst. Matt loves to play basketball and billiards in his free time, Previously achieving multiple MVP Awards and 5 consecutive trips to Las Vegas for the APA world championship.

Mike joined Crowdcopia in 2018. He is a member of the operations team working on a number of critical projects. Mike grew up in the Philadelphia suburbs and graduated from Temple with a BA degree in Finance. He is also a proud Notary Public of Pennsylvania member. Mike loves working in the city, and is proud of Crowdcopia's urban development efforts within his adopted hometown. Mike enjoys golfing, spending time with his loved ones and playing video games in his spare time.
Thomas is a principal at Crowdcopia, focused on investor relations, and raising and managing capital. Like many on the Crowdcopia team, Thomas has extensive experience in both finance and real estate. He spent 25 years at Susquehanna International Group, most recently as an Associate Director managing equity options trading. Thomas also founded TPD Real Estate in 2011, which currently owns and operates a portfolio of 36 homes in the Philadelphia area. Thomas received a BBA from The University of Michigan with a concentration in Investments and Real Estate Finance.
