CORNERSTONE CABINETRY

as a small dream in my heart as a high school student working as an ‘after-school' shop-hand in a large commercial cabinet shop in the early 80's. It was my first minimum wage job. In those early years, I also worked with my Dad to build our new family home. I remember the gratifying feelings of accomplishment and satisfaction of building and creating things with my own hands. Working with my Dad in an environment that always smelled like wood brings back pleasurable memories. Little did I know at that young age, I was cultivating a love for craftsmanship and wood working that would spur me on, years later, to apprentice with a local cabinet maker where I would further develop my craft and love of cabinetry. It was there that I picked up and further honed my skill and love for design and beautiful furnishings for the home.
