Specifically, Mr. Price's patent infringement cases have focused on work in technical fields including camera-cell phone integration, Bluetooth and wireless communication protocols, data transfer protocols, digital rights management, data encryption and access control, internet search functionality and algorithms, software systems, mobile phones, image compression and transmittal, and computer hardware and peripherals.
In addition to patent infringement cases, Mr. Price has substantial experience in cases involving trade secrets, trademark, unfair competition, and copyright. He also has extensive experience in commercial litigation, including business torts (including unfair competition, misappropriation, tortious interference with contracts and/or prospective business relationships, fraud, misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty and deceptive trade practices), commercial landlord-tenant disputes, employment disputes, complex real estate disputes and general breach of contract claims.
Since co-founding the firm in 2007, Mr. Price has served as lead or supporting counsel in cases which have generated in excess of $100 million in settlements, verdicts, or awards.

Mr. Goodpastor is a trial lawyer focusing on patent and antitrust litigation.
He has served as lead counsel in numerous complex, high-stakes, patent litigation matters, including securing a jury verdict of infringement and no invalidity against Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. on patents relating to data transfer between smartphones and computers; successfully litigating patents relating to Bluetooth® wireless communication protocols against smartphone and integrated circuit manufacturers, resulting in over $40 million in royalties; and obtaining numerous favorable settlements against camera phone manufacturers on behalf of a communications hardware and software company.
Mr. Goodpastor also handles inter partes reviews before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and was named 5 th best performing attorney representing patent owners by Patexia, Inc.'s IPR Intelligence Report.
Mr. Goodpastor also has represented businesses and consumers as plaintiffs in direct and class action antitrust matters relating to a wide variety of anticompetitive behavior, including price fixing, bid rigging, concerted refusals to deal, customer allocation, monopolization, manipulation of standard setting organizations, and other anticompetitive restraints under the Sherman and Clayton Acts.
He has represented clients in various industries, including telecommunications, IoT technologies, computer software and hardware, integrated circuits, internet and web services, securities and financial services, oil and gas production, health care, and medical devices.

Mr. Donahue's practice concentrates on complex intellectual property matters. Mr. Donahue manages the firm's inter partes review section and devises strategies to handle IPR's related to concurrent patent litigation.
Mr. Donahue also has extensive experience with patent litigation in a broad spectrum of technical fields, including: Bluetooth technology, cellular phone technology, computer networking, medical devices and apparatuses used in the oil and gas industry.
Mr. Donahue has successfully served as lead counsel in defending a multi-million dollar medical device manufacturer in a patent infringement lawsuit while also assisting in a parallel reexamination proceeding at the United States Patent and Trademark Office related to the patent-in-suit.
Mr. Donahue was named 22nd best performing attorney overall by Patexia Inc.'s IPR Intelligence Report.
Mr. Donahue has also prepared and prosecuted numerous patent applications for a large telecommunications client as well as for individual inventors and small companies in a variety of technical fields. Mr. Donahue has successfully handled trademark matters, including playing a key role in the defense of an electrical contracting company accused of trademark infringement, as well as conducting trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
He has familiarity with a variety of technologies including computer software, image processing, computer networking, and data security. Mr. French has experience litigating all phases of a patent case, from claim construction through trial.
In addition to patent infringement, Mr. French has advised clients on trade secret matters and data security compliance.
Ms. Glauser is a trial and appellate lawyer who focuses her practice on complex litigation and intellectual property.
Ms. Glauser serves as lead counsel and has substantial experience in pre-trial, trial, post-trial, and appeal phases of litigation in courts across the United States, as well as in arbitrations and mediations. She also advises clients on intellectual property licensing and strategies to optimize intellectual property value. Ms. Glauser has helped clients in a wide variety of technological fields, including computer hardware and software, semiconductors, internet search and algorithms, digital rights management, renewable energy, and biochemistry and protein engineering.
