Eden Out Meals was founded by Chef William Najger. In 2014, the Sharpe family bought Eden Out with a commitment to continue his mission of serving delicious and healthy vegan cuisine with integrity, purity and transparency. His wish to serve the community and deliver the highest quality plant-based food at an affordable price continued to be the highest priority. Now, with the passing of the torch in 2021 to James Jackson, a dedicated natural medicine practitioner, that pledge continues. James' focus is on bringing EO up to date, keeping the operation sustainable and expanding outreach to the community. He is particularly proud of Eden Out's insistence on keeping it local, which extends to resisting services like DoorDash and GrubHub and continuing as a Living Wage certified entity with Just Economics of Western North Carolina.
