The Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of M/s Exclusive Fibers Limited ("Corporate Debtor") was initiated pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal New Delhi Bench II dated 28 th March, 2019 (NCLT Order) in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and the related rules and regulations issued thereunder (collectively, I & B Code").
