Bola Fayemi is a highly-skilled, motivated and proactive qualified Accountant. She has gained over twenty years of intensive post-qualification experience by providing an excellent standard of work in the Banking and Accounting Industry in challenging, responsible positions at leading companies such as J P MORGAN, HSBC, and CITIBANK. Bola completed her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile Ife Osun state Nigeria. She holds a master's degree in Cyber Security and Management from the University of Warwick and currently works as a Cyber Consultant with one of the banks in the UK. She completed her youth service at United Bank for Africa and worked briefly at Citizens International Bank Nigeria. Bola currently resides in the United Kingdom with her family and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Nigeria, ACCA, ISACA and The Security Institute.
Dr. Felicetta Iovino holds a PhD in Economics and Director of Public Enterprise and Accounting. She is a qualified and certified lecturer at some high ranking UK and African Universities. She has many years of teaching experience at postgraduate level and also as a doctoral supervisor. She had presented papers in Accounting, Finance, Economic, Business and Consulted for many international organizations at Management levels across different Markets in Europe. In addition, She had collaborated with many Universities in Europe and Africa. She is a member of the editorial board and a reviewer for many international journals and conferences. She has published papers in many international journals and conference proceedings. She is a Member of many Academic Associations, such as BAFA (British Accounting and Finance Association), AAA (American Accounting Association), EAA (European Accounting Association), IAEE (International Association Energy Economics). Her main research interests are Energy Markets and Energy Policy, Financial Performance and Public Services.
Elizabeth Ujah is an experienced HR professional and has managed the HR function in small to midsize business industries including real estate, oil and gas, and finance. She holds a PhD in Management, with a specialty in HRM. She also currently manages Bethoy Solutions, an organization that manages start-up companies and SMEs. She is also an associate with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development UK and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria.

Lekan LAJIDE is a seasoned banker with over 22 years of professional experience. He started his bank career with the bank examination department of Central Bank of Nigeria, before he joined Zenith Bank Plc, Nigeria. Lekan worked with Accenture (UK) Ltd, from where he was seconded to Accenture Belgium to lead a remediation project with BNP Paribas Bank, France. In this role, Lekan supported the bank's business by enhancing connectivity with clients in the region, leading and advising business leaders on various business projects and transactions. Upon successful completion of France project, he joined corporate and investment bank arm of BNP Paribas Bank, London as a consultant. In addition, he worked briefly with Marex, (a global energy, commodity, and financial markets company) as Team Lead Quality Assurance, Financial Crime.
Lekan LAJIDE is a financial crime risk advisor and professional trainer holding proven history of delivering global scale projects for multinational financial institutions. Selective projects include policy gap analysis, enterprise risk assessments, financial crime advisory projects and design of bespoke financial crime training modules for global investment banks and delivered across Europe, UAE and Africa.
