Kevin Kohan

Kevin coordinates major land development projects through the administrative review process at local, state, and federal levels for both public agency and private sector clients. He manages inter-disciplinary teams of regulatory compliance experts, planners, landscape architects, biologists, wetlands specialists, and mitigation monitors. Kevin has consulted on numerous endangered species Section 7 assignments-including coordinating a team of water engineers on implementing reclaimed water usage in Castaic, CA. His clear understanding of state water issues and associated environmental policies has resulted in successfully working with the Riverside County Habitat Conservation Agency-Endangered Species. Additionally, Kevin has prepared and processed resource permits through the USACE, USFWS, CDFW, and RWQCB. Kevin has served as a planner for both the private and public sectors, including the cities of Anaheim, Pico Rivera, and Lake Elsinore where he managed environmental compliance activities for a number of major master planned communities-such as a 1,400-acre Lake Elsinore master planned community involving mining-related SMARA compliance matters. Kevin served as the Planning Commissioner for the City of Thousand Oaks in order to give back to the community he was raised in.

Lindsay Leon

Lindsay brings architectural design and professional planning, and project management experience in both the private and public sector. Lindsay has unique skills in 3D rendering preparation and site design drafting. She has worked as a project manager on key development projects throughout California.

Michael Brown

Michael brings unique environmental and professional planning experience in the public, non-profit, and private sector. Michael has worked as project manager on a number of CEQA and NEPA cases for green infrastructure and affordable housing projects.

Moe Farrag

Moe has extensive knowledge of discretionary permit applications, development plans, conditional use permits, and project clearances. His proficiency with GIS, SketchUp, and design tools allows him to create illustrative maps and graphics to support technical reports and environmental analysis.
