Mr. Abdelkadir Abdalla Mohammad is a legal consultant and member of the Sudanese Bar Association. He received his law degree from Neelaine Univeristy, Sudan.
Mr. Abdelkadir has two decades of practice include working as a legal consultant under several reputable Sudanese law firms where he advised on matters that involved construction, corporate and labour law. He later moved to Eritrea to provide specialist legal advice in development and construction law.
Mr. Ahmed Baher Mohammed AbdelHakim is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association, with over 20 years of experience as a Lawyer and Legal Advisor.
Mr. Ahmed Baher studied law and subsequently launched his career in Cairo; his hometown in Egypt. He was the legal advisor to various top companies.
In Qatar, Mr. Ahmed Baher's practice include working as a legal consultant under several reputable law firms where he advised on matters that involved construction, corporate, family, criminal and labour law.
Mr. Ahmed Saeed ElBehery is a member of Egypt's Bar Association and lawyer at the High Court of Cassation and State Council. He is also an international arbitrator, accredited by the International Arbitration Commission, and member to the Arab Bar Association and the Egyptian Association of International Law. Mr. Ahmed earned his law degree from Cairo University in 2001.
Throughout his 17 years of legal experience, Mr. Ahmed has worked extensively in matters involving corporate and real estate law. Most recent, Mr. Ahmed worked as a legal advisor and lawyer to Nawras Media Group, headquartered in Saudi Arabia. Prior to joining Nawras, Mr. Ahmed spent most of his career as counsel and senior legal advisor to various commercial entities in Egypt's capital. Mr. Ahmed's career also includes a teaching and research role at the Egyptian Bar Association.
Mr. Al Sulaiti's background couples extensive academic experience and hands-on practice in the legal sector of the construction industry.
His practice emphasizes resolving complex construction disputes through mediation, and when necessary, arbitration and litigation in relation to projects in Qatar and internationally. Mr. Al Sulaiti frequently addresses construction claims and has handled hundred-million-dollar litigations and arbitrations involving breach of contract, construction and design defect, delays/damages, variations and impact, default, and termianation matters. Given his depth of experience, he has provided an impressive range of services to his clients, including advising on FIDIC, EPC, design/build, design and construction contracts as well as risk management, negotiation of contracts, project legal counseling/guidance and preparation of claims.
Mr. Al Sulaiti represents and regularly counsels main and sub-contractors, project managers, engineers, employers and other members of the construction and government contract industries. This includes the representation of contractors and owners in connection with some of the most prominent projects built throughout the State of Qatar, both public and private.
In the public arena, he has extensive experience counseling, litigating and arbitrating complex disputes regarding high profile facilities, government construction/civil works and projects pertaining to museums, sport stadiums, rails, bridges, plants and highways.
In the private sector, Mr. Al Sulaiti has ample experience providing counsel, litigating, arbitrating and mediating substantial claims concerning private assets including hotels, malls, residential/commercial towers, and medical and manufacturing facilities.
Inspired by Qatar's growth in the field of sport - and as an avid sports enthusiast himself - Mr. Al Sulaiti has earned an interdisciplinary master's degree in Sports Law to offer his expertise in the legal and commercial sides of sports. Mr. Al Sulaiti is also a member of the Asian Football Confederation Legal Committee (AFC), as well a member and arbitrator at Qatar Sports Arbitration Foundation (QSAF). Mr. Atef Abdel Moneim is a practicing International Arbitrator - accredited by the International Arbitration Center in Cairo - and member of the Egyptian Bar Association, where he is registered as a lawyer at the Supreme Constitutional Court and the Court of Cassation. Mr. Atef has decades of legal practice, experience and expertise within various legal sectors.
Starting his career in 1978, Mr. Atef worked under one of the most revered law firms in Cairo; the Ahmed El Khawaja Law Firm. Keen on steering his career towards an industry that supports his home-country's economic development, Mr. Atef left his previous position to work as a lawyer for the Egyptian General Co. for Tourism & Hotels, where he was later promoted to Vice President. While in this senior position, Mr. Atef was heavily involved in developing the company's social responsibility programs.
Mr. Essa Mohammad Al Sulaiti is a Qatari attorney admitted by Qatar Lawyers Admission Committee as well as an active member of the Qatari Bar Association.

As an arbitrator, he has been appointed in several disputes as both a sole arbitrator and as a member of a tribunal, including as a president of an arbitral tribunal.

Mr. Al Sulaiti's experience includes a broad range of corporate services with a focus on dispute resolution. He also works closely with various local and international clients advising on mergers, acquisitions, takeovers, leveraged buyouts and joint ventures, and has represented several companies, shareholders and directors in corporate/commercial disputes in court and arbitration. Mr. Al Sulaiti's practice emphasizes counseling clients on company formation/establishment, foreign investment across a full range of industries and a broad variance of corporate governance matters, including structuring, directors' duties, shareholders' responsibilities, general meetings/assemblies, corporate compliance matters, legal auditing and due-diligence.
Mr.Ezequiel Zampetti is a practicing litigator and lawyer, and member of the Córdoba Bar Association (Argentina) with more than 17 years of legal experience. He is a lawyer from the Catholic University of Cordoba, Argentina (2004) and from the University of Alicante, Spain (2017). He has published leading cases in labor and criminal law. He has completed post-graduate studies in Negotiation and Ethics & Compliance.
Mr. Zampetti is, in addition, a Real Estate Broker and Expert Appraiser. He founded the chair of Supervised Professional Practice and is currently the head professor. He is also a professor of Public International Law since 2007. Mr. Zampetti has been Director of the Legal Clinic of the Catholic University of Córdoba (2017-2021).
He is a member of the Institute of Human Rights of the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Córdoba, and of the Argentine Association of International Law. He is a research member, and he has published 5 joint research projects. He is currently researching on the topic "Business and Human Rights" (Ruggie Principles).
Mr. Ibrahim Fahmy Fadl is an Egyptian lawyer and legal counsel who has great experience and massive knowledge in various legal fields. He studied law in Egypt and obtained Bachelor of Law from Faculty of Law in Cairo University. He is registered at The Egyptian Bar Association and an accredited advocate before the Supreme Court of Appeal and State Council.
Mr. Ibrahim has many achievements in legal field and as a member of the Egyptian Assembly of United Nations.
Mr. Ibrahim obtained a Certificate of Appreciation in Legal Research from League of Arab States in 2004. He also worked as a Legal Consultant of Giza Governorate from 2006 to 2011 in Egypt. He has 24 years of expertise in the business of law and advocacy, in addition to experience in Qatari laws, environment and culture as a result of working for an extended period of 9 years in the State of Qatar.
Mr. Konstantinos Zacharioglou is a young Cypriot lawyer and Legal counsel with knowledge and expertise in a variety of legal sectors. He completed a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) at Middlesex University (London, UK), a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Oil & Gas Law at Robert Gordon University (Aberdeen, Scotland) and received professional accreditation from the Cyprus Bar Association, which enabled him to practice law in Cyprus.
Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Kabil is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association since 1999.
Mr. Mohamed obtained a law degree from Tanta University in 1997. He also obtained a diploma in public law 2013, and a diploma in economic and financial sciences 2014, MA in law 2014 from Mansoura University. Mr. Mohamed has many research and studies in the legal and tax fields. Throughout his 22 years of legal experience, Mr. Mohamed worked as a lawyer in a famous law firm in Egypt, where he initiated many civil cases, then worked as a commissioner in the Egyptian Public Tax Authority until he reached the first degree as a reviewer in the Cases Division. Hundreds of tax cases were brought before him, whether they be those that he raised or responded to, in addition to the legal affairs work related to the application of laws and regulations, and the investigation of employees if violations were found.
Mr. Mohamed El-Kashash is a practicing lawyer, he currently serves as a Lawyer at the Court of Appeal in Egypt. he is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association and Arab Lawyers Union.
Mr. Monir AbdulAziz Shalaby is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association, where he is registered as a Cassation, Constitutional and Administrative Lawyer. Upon graduating from the School of Law at the University of Cairo in 1969, Mr. Shalaby began his career as a legal consultant in the Egyptian Military.
A respected senior legal consultant with over 45 years of experience, Mr. Monir's professional record is testament to his expertise in a variety of practice areas. Following his first job as a legal consultant in Egypt's military, Mr. Monir was hired as a lawyer for the Egyptian General Company for Tourism. Mr. Yasser studied law and subsequently launched his career in Aswan; his hometown in Egypt.
