Mr. Ahmed Saeed ElBehery is a member of Egypt's Bar Association and lawyer at the High Court of Cassation and State Council. He is also an international arbitrator, accredited by the International Arbitration Commission, and member to the Arab Bar Association and the Egyptian Association of International Law. Mr. Ahmed earned his law degree from Cairo University in 2001. Throughout his 17 years of legal experience, Mr. Ahmed has worked extensively in matters involving corporate and real estate law. Most recent, Mr. Ahmed worked as a legal advisor and lawyer to Nawras Media Group, headquartered in Saudi Arabia. Prior to joining Nawras, Mr. Ahmed spent most of his career as counsel and senior legal advisor to various commercial entities in Egypt's capital. Mr. Ahmed's career also includes a teaching and research role at the Egyptian Bar Association.

Mr. Al Sulaiti

Mr. Al Sulaiti's background couples extensive academic experience and hands-on practice in the legal sector of the construction industry. His practice emphasizes resolving complex construction disputes through mediation, and when necessary, arbitration and litigation in relation to projects in Qatar and internationally. Mr. Al Sulaiti frequently addresses construction claims and has handled hundred-million-dollar litigations and arbitrations involving breach of contract, construction and design defect, delays/damages, variations and impact, default, and termianation matters. Given his depth of experience, he has provided an impressive range of services to his clients, including advising on FIDIC, EPC, design/build, design and construction contracts as well as risk management, negotiation of contracts, project legal counseling/guidance and preparation of claims. Mr.Ezequiel Zampetti is a practicing litigator and lawyer, and member of the Córdoba Bar Association (Argentina) with more than 17 years of legal experience. He is a lawyer from the Catholic University of Cordoba, Argentina (2004) and from the University of Alicante, Spain (2017). He has published leading cases in labor and criminal law. He has completed post-graduate studies in Negotiation and Ethics & Compliance. Mr. Zampetti is, in addition, a Real Estate Broker and Expert Appraiser. He founded the chair of Supervised Professional Practice and is currently the head professor. He is also a professor of Public International Law since 2007.
