Principals Rajesh Kapileshwari, Guillermo Quintanilla, and Cesar Gonzalez, formed Ethos Engineering in the spring of 2014. The entire team, including design professionals, drafting staff, and office manager, have worked together for more than 12 years, and is still intact as the new Ethos Engineering team. This shared experience makes us a cohesive, high performance team, focused on efficient execution through strictly defined roles and procedures. Ethos Engineering is certified by the State of Texas and State of North Carolina as a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB)... In the past 3 years Ethos Engineering has designed over 100 projects, ranging from new schools and high performance buildings to large and small renovations, in the Valley and across the state.
