EZWAVE

ezWave uses a variety of, and a combination of, network devices (Equipment) for the purpose of providing internet service to Subscriber and to develop a home (or business) network. The Equipment varies depending on Subscriber's unique home or building. Equipment always remains the sole property of ezWave. Equipment must be returned to ezWave at the time of termination of Service or Subscriber must schedule for ezWave to collect equipment within thirty (30) days of termination of Service. Subscriber is liable for the full replacement cost of all unreturned or uncollectible Equipment.
