Arturo Enrique Miranda Castillo, has in his personal capacity an Investment Banking resolution No. 574245845 issued by the General Directorate of Domestic Trade of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Panama. It includes other activities auxiliary to financial services, investment advisor (real estate) and commission agent services. His services do not include the offering of public securities and/or advice on listed securities and/or brokerage or sale of securities, instruments and/or quoted financial contracts or other similar ones.
Arturo Miranda Castillo is the Managing Partner of Panama Finance Law & Co. civil partnership of lawyers registered in File: 26739 with registration date 25-09-2007 in the Public Registry of Panama with profile of clients such as securities firms, private equity funds, real estate developers, family offices, among others.
Arturo Miranda Castillo is the Partner in charge of the Department of Corporate, Real Estate and Finance Law, as well as managing the legal practice of investments, mergers and acquisition matters of the firm.
Arturo Miranda Castillo manages the Department of Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration. He is registered as a Conciliator and Mediator No. 1391 by the Alternate Conflict Resolution Directorate of the Ministry of Government of Panama and he completed the Training Program of the Conciliation and Arbitration Center of Panama (CeCAP).
