Mary Nersie has her priorities well aligned: God is her GPS, she is a devoted wife and mother, she is the #1 craziest baseball fan of her children, she works hard every single day on her passions and has a big human sense for people in need. As a woman of purpose, she decided to live by design and leave a fun-filled legacy for next generations.

Mary Nersie is a natural leader who started showing her skills as the Master of Ceremonies at her Kindergarten Graduation. She loves to talk (a lot), to eat (a lot), to laugh (a lot), to travel (a lot) and to help others to shine and be the best version of themselves. Over the years, she developed herself in the social, spiritual and leadership aspect as a member of clubs, faith ministries and associations.
Graduated from Syracuse University in 1996 with a Bachelors degree in Engineering. With over 20 years of experience, Robert's main focus is the user experience. Robert is responsible for the development of all Journey websites and the creation of all of the marketing/graphic materials. In addition to technology, he is currently the worship director at Living Word Church, Orlando FL.
Since 1995, Yahaira Morales has been equipping and empowering others to live their lives by design so that they reach their maximum potential and fulfill their life's unique mission. She has served as a leadership trainer, facilitator, and consultant for several nonprofits, small business owners, churches, and numerous diverse groups. Yahaira is a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker.
