Dr. David Kay is a Board Certified, Fellowship Trained Pediatric Otolaryngologist. He received his undergraduate degree from Yeshiva University in New York, and completed Medical School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1997. Dr. Kay's surgical and otolaryngology residency training was completed at State University of New York Health Science Center at Brooklyn. Subsequently he completed a Fellowship in Pediatric Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. At the same time he received his Masters of Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh. During his training he worked with Dr. Charles Bluestone, Dr. Jack Paradise, Dr. Ellen Wald, Dr. Richard Rosenfeld and others who are recognized leaders in pediatrics. Dr. Kay is the author of over twenty peer-reviewed articles and thirteen book chapters, has presented at national and international conferences, and has received numerous grants and awards for his clinical and scholarly work. He is an Affiliate Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology at University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and Affiliate Assistant Professor of Clinical Biomedical Science at Florida Atlantic University Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine. Dr. Kay is a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery and the American Academy of Pediatrics. Rachel Nebenzahl, PA-C is a nationally certified Physician Assistant, licensed by the Florida Department of Health. She is a native of Boca Raton Florida and earned her Masters of Medical Science Physician Assistant from the Dr. Pallavi Patel College of Health Care Science at Nova Southeastern University in Jacksonville Florida. Rachel also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science from The University of Florida. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). Rachel evaluates and treats patients with a variety of ENT related conditions alongside Dr. Alfredo Archilla and Dr. Gennadiy Vengerovich.
