Andy is an experienced legal recruiter, having worked in recruitment since 2004. He has worked as an in-house legal recruitment consultant with Miguel at legacy business, Florit Legal, since 2011.
Andy started his recruitment career in London, initially working for a FTSE 100 recruitment business placing IT professionals into the banking and finance industry. From there, he moved to the City and placed senior finance professionals into commerce and industry.
Andy is responsible for the recruitment of in-house legal professionals in companies across the UK. Andy prides himself on his honest and pragmatic approach to in-house legal recruitment and his ability to build strong relationships.
He is an avid football and sports fan frequently watching his beloved Sunderland come hell or high water. He is also a talented cook, and his wife and son enjoy the results of his culinary endeavours!

Chris has been working as an executive coach for fifteen years. Prior to that she worked in the retail sector holding senior positions in Marketing and HR.
She specialises in career coaching, role transition and supporting clients in the leadership and management of effective teams.

Ellie is a seasoned executive with many years' experience at board level and working internationally and is also a qualified executive coach, working with emerging and established leaders.

Career coaching represents a second career for Ian, after a long and successful career as a corporate lawyer in private practice, including over 20 years' as a partner with Addleshaw Goddard, where he led the financial services markets practice and was responsible for partner development across the firm.
He has a Masters Degree in Career Coaching and has co-authored a chapter on Coaching in Professional Services Firms for the book Coaching in Professional Contexts (published by Sage, 2015).
Ian's coaching clients have included lawyers at all levels, from trainees to partners, who are at a crossroads in their careers, whether it be the step up to partnership, or a complete change of direction.

Wendy commenced her recruitment career in HR and training supplying internal management for the pub industry. She continued her career in a variety of HR, marketing and front of house roles in the recruitment sector, working for search and selection businesses specialising in the finance sector.
At Florit Legal, Wendy co-ordinates all administrative support functions for the business and provides PA, marketing, finance and HR support to the directors and associates.
Outside work, Wendy is mum to 2, enjoys DIY and loves visiting new places. She is often seen attending the gym, enjoys good food and loves watching the others do the ironing!
