Simply stated the FOAMMATICK PROCESS combines a predetermined ratio of blowing agent into an existing Hot Melt adhesive formulation to create a chemically controlled mixture... That material is processed through traditional hot melt adhesive equipment with the addition of an inexpensive temperature controller resulting in an auto foamed material.
