Andy Webb - Chief Investment Officer

Andy Webb joined FSA Investment Group in 2022 as a partner and the Chief Investment Officer of FSA Investment Group. FSA Investment Group is an American Indian-owned Registered Investment Advisor ("RIA") firm that provides sound, independent advice to tribes and high-net-worth individuals. In this role, Mr. Webb oversees the Investment Group's overall investment and portfolio design, implementation, and asset allocation processes. Prior to joining FSA Investment Group, Andy served as a director at Highland Associates for more than 7 years. He proactively provided investment recommendations and investment program development for hospital operating assets, long-term investment pools, foundations, and pensions. While at Highland, Andy advised on over $14 billion of investment assets and was a member of the firm's Investment Committee. Previously, Andy was a senior investment analyst at Warren Averett Asset Management, where he served on their Investment Committee and Asset Allocation Committee. Andy also spent four years working as a Vice President of Investor Relations for Regions Financial and started his career at PwC in its Assurance & Business Advisory practice. Andy has contributed articles to CNBC and Seeking Alpha on topics ranging from capital markets to financial literacy. He is a former President and Board Member of the CFA Society of Alabama. Mr. Webb is actively involved in Pensacola Young Professionals Mentorship program. He received his Bachelor of Science and his Master of Accountancy from the University of Alabama. Andy is a CFA charterholder and was previously a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Andy resides in Pensacola, Florida with his wife, two sons, daughter, sheepadoodle, and cat.

Brett Akers

Brett joined the firm in January of 2017 as the Director of Investments. His focus is on providing investment advisory services to include investment analysis, due diligence research, asset allocation, and portfolio management. Brett brings ten years of financial consultant experience to FSA. Prior to joining FSA, Brett provided financial advice with E*TRADE Capital Management in Atlanta, GA. His role involved relationship management, investment research, asset allocation, and retirement planning. Brett is a graduate of The University of Georgia, with a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences with a double major in Consumer Economics and Housing. Brett resides in Pensacola, Florida with his wife, daughter, twin boys and Australian Cattle Dog.

Dan Kopack

Dan is a retired Certified Public Accountant with 30 plus years' experience. He joined the FSA Investment Group in 2013 after leaving a local wealth management firm in which he was a partner for eleven years. Dan has been active in his home City of Gulf Breeze, serving on the City Council for ten years and the Chairman of numerous Boards. Dan works primarily with families assisting them with various aspects of their financial needs.

Elke W. Chenevey

Elke is a leading financial advisor in the Native American community with unparalleled experience and tenure. She began her career over 30 years ago with Merrill Lynch where she first rose to the Director level in the Public Finance Group structuring over $7 billion in tax-exempt and taxable financing for a diverse client group. In 2003 she moved to the investment consulting arm of Merrill Lynch where she focused on providing investment management services to Native American tribes and their enterprises. Elke joined FSA in 2021 and is continuing to provide exceptional services to the Native American community. She is excited to be part of a Native American woman-owned business which seeks to be a generational partner to its clients. Active in her community with a passion for financial education and youth mentorship, Elke is a member of the UNITY Council of Trustees, the San Diego American Indian Health Center Board of Directors and also serves on the Advisory Boards of the American Indian Chamber of Commerce of California, the Native American Visiting Committee which advises the President of Dartmouth College, and the Native Financial Education Coalition. Elke is a Certified Investment Management Analyst® professional. She has also served her tribe, the Omaha Tribe, in various capacities, including Tribal Manager, Grant Writer and Economic Development Planner. Elke received her M.B.A. from Columbia University's Graduate School of Business and a B.A. from Dartmouth College.

John Hosman

John is a partner at FS Advisors ("FSA") as well as a partner and CEO of FSA Investment Group and FSA Advisory Group. FSA is a family of advisory firms focused on providing financial solutions to Indian Country. As a comprehensive financial advisor, FSA is actively working with over 30 tribes around the country, providing financial advisory services specific to project development, financing, investment management, and tribal member benefits. John focuses the majority of his time leading the Investment Group and Advisory Group as well as developing and managing client relationships. John has assisted numerous tribes with project development and financing ranging from smaller transactions like convenience stores to casino expansions in excess of $400 million. John's strength is helping identify the ideal project or transaction scope and crafting strategies to ensure the projects or financings proceed and succeed. Before joining FSA, John worked for a large accounting firm providing wealth management services and assisting clients secure angel funding. This experience laid the foundation for the sophisticated financial modeling FSA provides its clients today. John believes that providing exceptional client service paired with Indian Country expertise, execution and accountability are keys to successful tribal relationships. John is a Registered Investment Advisor and also serves on numerous non-profit boards.

Nancy Lowrey

Nancy Lowrey is an enrolled member of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians and the founding partner of FS Advisors, Inc., FSA Risk & Benefits, LLC, FSA TPA, LLC and FSA Investment Group, LLC. As founding partner, she brings over twenty years of experience in the financial services industry. Additionally, Nancy is a registered investment advisor and a licensed insurance agent. Her firms provide investment management, finance, benefits administration and insurance services exclusively to Native American tribes. Prior to establishing FSA in 2005, Nancy was a partner of Financial Solutions, Inc., a financial services company that provided investment and insurance services to high-net-worth individuals and small business owners. Nancy has worked in various areas of bank management and as Economic Development Planner for the Poarch Band of Creek Indians. She also had the honor of serving as a Tribal Council Member for her Tribe and as a Board Member of the PCI Gaming Authority.

Randall Wells

Randall is a Registered Investment Advisor that focuses on serving entrepreneurs and high-net-worth clients. Prior to joining FSA Investment Group in 2014 he was a partner at the regional accounting firm Warren Averett LLC which he joined after spending eight years at the national accounting firms Arthur Andersen and PwC. Randall enjoys helping clients identify and pursue their financial goals. He graduated Suma Cum Laude from the University of West Florida with Bachelor degrees in Accounting and Finance in 2000. While attending UWF he was a member of the golf team. While he was not born in Pensacola, Randall considers himself to be a native, having lived in Pensacola for about half his life. As a military child he spent much of his youth living outside the USA. In his leisure time he enjoys time with his family, playing sports, and travel.

Skyler Erben

Skyler brings over four years of investment consulting experience to FSA. Prior to joining the team, Skyler worked as an advisor consultant for Russell Investments delivering investment solutions and strategic planning expertise to the top Investment Advisor Representatives and Financial Advisors on the west coast. Skyler earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERâ„¢ certification in the Spring of 2022. He graduated from Pacific University (Forest Grove, OR) with a degree in Economics. While at Pacific, Skyler founded the Pacific University Sustainable Investments club, the university's first student-led investing club. Skyler still volunteers his time at Pacific by fulfilling his role as Vice President and Independent Director for the foundation overseeing the university's real estate portfolio. Skyler was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and resides in Seattle, WA. He has also spent time living in California, Montana, and Oregon. In his free time, Skyler enjoys reading, running, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family.
